I was going to be transferring from a huge CPA firm in Monterey were I pay about $5500-$7000 a year in tax preparation so I am no small account. I dealt with Alicia and after 2 conversations decided to take my business elsewhere. She was RUDE unprofessional and for lack of a better word GHETTO. I cannot believe that they have her dealing with clients and answering phones for a Accountants office. The only thing I could think of is she must be related to someone who works there to get the favor of a job. She put me on "hold" or so she thought so she could have a personal conversation I can only assume on her cell phone to discuss her personal problems in a vial fowl description about her and her boyfriend and why they have to move. I listened for about 30 seconds until I heard her say " I can't talk long I'm at work and have a person on hold but I am really having a hard time finding a place so they can wait ha ha ha ha." with her ghetto tone! I then hung up I do not have time as an incoming client to wait for her to talk about the gross and personal reasons that she has to move and that no one will take her housing program she is on and blah blah blah. Your place of work is not for your personal vial trash mouth talking about your social problems and programs you are on, while you let in new large client wait on the phone OR at least makes sure you have them on hold before letting them know they can wait while you sort out your trash. I am sure the reason they are having a hard time finding a place is due to her laundry list of personal and social issues

Tom and Rochelle have consistently made sure that I had adequate insurance for inflation, and still receive every discount for my home, auto, and personal items policies that I qualified for! In every situation, whether it be for my daughter's auto, renters insurance for her home, my homeowners, liability policy, or my cars, Tom, Rochelle and associates have always been helpful, available, and provided excellent advice! A recent "going above and beyond" example: on Dec. 31st, I was purchasing a new car, and I didn't have my insurance card. I called Tom, yes, on New Year's Eve day, while he was out of town and away from his home, and he answered and said he would be home in an hour and he'll send the card to the Dealership for me! On another occasion, on a Saturday, I emailed Tom with questions about my roof. He called me within 10 minutes. During these recent series of storms, my 17 year old BMW had the electrical components fail due to a month of pouring rain. Tom's associate, Rochelle, and Catherine, were available to answer every question about my first auto claim! And...icing on the cake...the claims process with the State Farm Claims Department was excellent! I filed a Claim on Jan. 23, 2023. Within two weeks, and the receipt of many texts, emails and calls from State Farm to keep me informed of. the status of my claim. I was reimbursed for the water damages to be able to have my car's electrical system repaired!
