I contacted her about she act like she didn't know then days later she call me at 8 at night saying she has a check for me HUH. Girl we in two different states so she say she's going to send it the next day, it took her 4-5 extra days to send it. I'm asking how did that happen the previous yrs was done right ofc she act like she didn't know. I finally get the check and it's $899 short she direct me to Santa Barbara they direct me to the website and it CLEARLY stated an extra $899 went to the Tax Preparer instead of owning up and making it right her devilish spirit @ss try to get smart and stop answering my calls. I waited weeks still nothing so she got reported. Fast forward two months she call me and tell me she has a check for me I already knew it was from my state, a state surplus refund they gave everyone and she tells me I'm going to send it but hey my birthday Friday so bare with me mind you this was like Tuesday and she tell ne to text her a reminder tomorrow like girl WHAT. I text her Thursday I forgot to Wednesday and couldn't get her otp then when I did about a week later she tell me oh you didn't text me the next day you text me Thursday ANNNNDDDDDD. She claim I sent it it's been three weeks and still NOTHING. I'm reporting that too and adding that to my lawsuit. Thank God we not in the same state because my temporary emotion would've turned into something else I know for sure. Good thing I'm older but karma always get ANYBODY who try to do any wrong to me. After months of no response from the IRS and no communication from this company, I finally went in person and was told that he was not seeing customers and that he only communicates through email. The reply to my email came with an erratic lecture instead of an apology and an accusation that i lied about his office not returning phone calls. When i threatened to contact the BBB and write a review online, he wrote that he was terminating pur agreement and said that if i contacted his office again he was going to call the local law enforcement and the IRS on me!
