Alverson says taxes were filed. My father goes to the IRS office downtown to inquire in person about tax returns only to find out the extension was filed, but not the return!! So my Dad files returns at the IRS office. Unbelievable after 4 months and his payment, he said it must've been a software glitch! Sends me a screenshot saying PIN was required to file and my Dad should've given him the pin when he got it in January? Screenshot shows return was rejected in June and didn't bother to tell me. WTF? Days of back of forth saying it wasn't his fault and the fee was for his time to complete the work and he wouldn't even reduce his fee for something that was completely avoidable. Just complete incompetence and scammer.
