I turned my taxes in on 3--4-25. They didn't get done in time and had to file extension. There was no communication. When I finally picked up the taxes not one person from that company apologized for the inconvenience that this caused waiting 11 weeks. I believe I had to pay for a extension to boot. This used to be a good company and get the taxes done in a timely manner. I wouldn't suggest this company any more.

This year I met with one of the owners to review my paperwork for their preparation and was told it would be a couple of weeks - still in time for the April 15 normal due time. No word from them about completion as April 15 approached. I called and was told they had filed for an extension. I have made numerous (at least) four calls to them inquiring about schedule. The response each time was that the return had not moved and that they would call me upon its completion. I have received no communication from them explaining why they are running behind. Good customer service would be providing explanations and projected completion time. NOTHING! Total lack of communication from their part. Come on owners! You should be wanting to communicate with your clients instead of leaving us totally in the dark about our returns!
