They rapidly redid essentially a year's worth of bookkeeping, restructuring our books in a way that greatly enhances our ability to run our business operations. Dominick has been amazing in helping to guide us as we refocus and restructure our companies. He asks thoughtful, insightful, and challenging questions that push us to really understand why do things the way we do and identifies ways we can improve. What speaks great volumes about Farmer and Farley is that the constant focus throughout has been helping us develope internal systems so that we can handle more of our accounting in house. That's what agents are for! This is my parent's agent and I never actually met with Tom Grate. Rather, I only worked with the Office Manager who was a huge help. She explained everything to me and gave me as much info as possible on how to reduce my payments. She also helped me pick an adequate policy and was very patient/helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit/experience.
