My wheelhouse is not HR, but our payroll specialist (currently Mackenzie S.) is always available to help me find/run ANY report, etc. I often joke that there is not a week that goes by that she doesn't have to swoop in and help me do my job. I highly recommend any business, considering a switch, to give Hire Level an opportunity to work with your company. My emails are always answered in an extremely timely manner and if my specialist is going to be out of the office, she always makes sure I have a way to get help with any needs that arise. We are so glad we made the switch and feel we are valued customers, despite the size of our company.
