Was extremely excited for this H&M Outlet. But overall consensus from the team was the prices did not earn the outlet status. I'm sure the technicalities between outlet pricing/items vs. retail would make a better argument...but its a yelp review lol. [Place] Very large and spacious. Clean. The building feels like 3 stores connected (size/length of each section). They had women's, kids, and men. But rather small areas per like in a regular store, each section was as big as an entire store. ...its big. [Staff] They seem nice. Busy. [Prices] Signs outside said up to 70% for some items. Wasn't sure. Perhaps, I was in the wrong sections for Men. [Selections] (Mens) It looked like they had more stuff than at the Domain in Austin...which, quantity-wise is probably...but didn't feel like it. Take this with a grain of salt. I had the worst experience today! I was exchanging a pair of swim bottoms. I called corporate earlier to make sure the store had my size, I waited on hold for the store to say they had the size (the domain didn't) and they would put them behind the counter. I live in Austin so it's a far drive. I get to the store and asked Cohen about my bottoms. He said that nobody called. My friend stayed at the front when I went to go look for the bottoms on the rack. He obviously didn't realize we were together because he was talking trash about me to my friend and other employees. He was also talking about my race. When I got back he was trying to exchange them and got super flustered. I asked if we just could do an even exchange because there was a dollar difference. I don't know how that was but he was going to give me a refund of 14$. I said it in the nicest way possible because they were closing soon. He then snapped at me. My friend said something to him about what he said earlier. I wish I had talked to a manager while I was there but I didn't get the whole story until I got to the car and the store was closing. A employee is talking trash about a customer with other employees and customers unacceptable. This is crazy. I'd love for a manager to reach out to me and I will tell the store more in depth and what he said to my friend. read more

I have to admit, I am not an avid H&M shopper. To be honest, the few times I have shopped at an H&M the customer service was no where to be found and the selection was terrible. On a whim, I saw an H&M jacket online and thought I'd give it a chance. Sadly, it did not fit as I was hoping and had to return the item. I went to the store located at the San Marcos outlets and let me tell you this is the only H&M store that was beaming! It was so clean and organized I was almost encouraged to spend all my money! But, I was limited on time and needed to return the jacket and go. The young lady at the register was incredibly kind. See, I ordered my jacket online and the ordered date on my receipt was not the date I received the item. By there policy I have thirty days to return an item and by going off the order date, I was five days too late. I explained to her that the order date was different than the received date and I even tried to look up the tracking info to back up my story, but it had expired. She called the manger to see what they could do and he took care of it with no questions! I was floored! Absolutely floored! I really thought I was going to have to go to battle to prove my honesty. But no, I was wrong and both of them handled this with such grace - even my husband was impressed when I told him what happened. This isn't some over the top experience, but I must admit I am one of the many that stopped going to big box stores and strictly order online mainly because customer service is incredibly obsolete. This small experience has restored my faith and I have returned to this H&M twice to purchase a few things and the customer is always on par. Whomever the store manager is, well done! Retail is a tough industry and you have developed a superb team and maintain a fun, clean and shopable store. Bravo, sir. Bravo. read more

My child and I were there today for the first time and the place is big, well arranged, has good sales and prices are visible. The girl in the fitting seems like she's having a bad day, the sales clerks are too busy to greet customers, the only person that greeted us is the cashier; I wonder if customer service is always like this? read more

The store is located in the Tanger Outlets complex. The store is not big, but is well organized. The interior is bright and clean. Lots of nice selections in men and women sections for $10. read more

Very rude manager. I'm a big fan of H&M but this is the worst priced H&M I've ever seen.

Always able to find something for inexpensive prices when you need to quench that shopping bug. Good quality stuff that won't cost you an arm and a leg and the outlet always has plenty of size selections available. Nice organized store and friendly staff. read more

I don't want to bash too hard on this place, but it's definitely disappointing. I'm not sure why an "outlet" store is priced as high as it is, especially when the quality of the clothing isn't close to what they're asking (for a company that uses sweatshops I see u boo). Also the employees are pretty rude. Last time I was in an associate said "just so you know the store is closing in 20 minutes".... okay? I know what time the mall closes. That was pretty tasteless but she might've just been having a tough day. All this being said, it does have a few gems worth checking out. read more
