One of the girls (forgot name :( ) found me, asked me if I need assistance, and carried every style of dress to a dressing room for me. Picked some she thought were cute. Even sized a dressed down for me as I realized when looking in the large mirror it was too big. I ended up purchasing that one, too. Thanks to her!! I found so many great things. Then after purchasing my dressed and cover up I remembered I needed jewelry. She chose 2 pieces for me that both worked together. I still love them. Then keep your items at the front as you go through the store. Bag them up for you then walk around the front desk to hand you your items after purchasing. So nice!!!! They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.
