This BoxLunch is considerably larger than the standard, and as such, has a much better selection of merchandise available for purchase. You will find plenty of anime, Disney, and other pop culture gifts in the form of shirts, hats, keychains, pins, stationary, plush, glassware/kitchen items, and most notably, backpacks. The LoungeFly brand makes some pretty incredible quality mini backpacks that appeal to a variety of your favorite movies/shows (they are also pretty pricey, but arguably worth it). It's easy to drop $100+ in this kind of store. The employee, Dee, was a very good saleswoman, who easily convinced me to provide my info to sign up for their rewards program and start earning "lunch money." The program is similar to the company's flagship store, Hot Topic. Dee was very enthusiastic and engaged with us from the moment we walked into the store, throughout the checkout process, and as we left. It was clear that she had a knowledge of the products and the IPs of the products and that she cared about customer satisfaction. So while I have not held a high opinion of other BoxLunch locations in the past, this one stands out among the rest. Hopefully it will continue to hold to a high standard as it ages (might be that all eyes at corporate are on this brand new location to give it a successful start). I'll be back to spend my coupons!

This store has alot of merchandise for women, men and children. Lots of inventory too. I did not have a problem finding sizes. I ended up finding 4 sweaters, a floral sweatshirt and a basic hoodie. They have a clearance section but I did not go through any of it. I should have because my daughter found some good things for herself and my grandsons. They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.
