Chloe Rose is stylish, trendy women's clothing with contemporary items, accessories, and statement pieces. The store has large windows, which emit lots of natural light. Chloe Rose is bright, clean, and with a variety of merchandise. Clothing, jewelry, shoes, and accessories are arranged in a way that makes browsing easy. The store appears to be organized by merchandise type and color. Chloe Rose has a variety of items that you might wear for events, trips, or special occasions. The items were at a low to moderate price point. Arrington, my boutique representative, could not have been more helpful. She offered to style an outfit for me. She was also rather helpful in pointing out pieces I may like. She was super pleasant and gave me the impression that she cared about me as a person. This type of interaction made me want to come back Chloe Rose again. It was starting to rain heavily again, so I did not stay as long as liked. However, I will definitely come in again.

I'm not typically someone to leave a bad review. My experience at Perky Peacock today, however,…read moreneeds to be shared since people use Yelp to decide where they want to spend their time and money. Both are precious, especially these days. If you don't want to read the whole thing: I've shopped here for years. The older lady who works here, with reddish hair, was rude and dismissive. Shes been rude before. This was the last time I'll be at Perky Peacock. When I shop here I typically spend a decent amount as I have a larger chest and they have many bras to choose from, as well as quite a selection of clothes. I've lost some weight in the past six months, but haven't updated my bra drawer so I decided to visit perky Peacock. I need an accurate measurement to buy some new bras as well as some clothes for a trip I have coming up. When I went in a young woman asked if I needed any help and I said I needed a bra fitting. She didn't have experience in fittings so she led me to the counter, where there was an older woman who would be able to help me. She groaned, looked extremely annoyed, and asked if I would be in the area for the next hour as another employee had just gone to lunch and she was helping another customer (I was the only other person in the shop outside of the two employees.) It looked like she was doing inventory from what I saw, but maybe she was working on a large order for someone who was coming back? Either way, l told her I wasn't sure but would shop for a while. When she realized I would be sticking around to shop she asked if I knew what band size I was. In which I replied, "No, that's part of the reason why I need to get fitted." She made another annoyed sound, rolled her eyes, and mumbled something to the other employee as I walked to a rack to peruse their sundresses. I didn't let on that I had heard her mutter to the other employee. She has been rude before to myself and other customers and I didn't have any desire to buy anything at that point. I just calmly walked out of the store shortly after. I'm writing this because I was treated as a burden and an annoyance. To treat someone so rudely who could be spending hundreds of dollars, or even someone just window shopping, at your establishment isn't ok in the least. I try to shop local. I love this town and I love the many shops around here. Unfortunately, there aren't very many locally owned places that cater to undergarments for women. So, I'll be heading out to get fitted at Soma and buying my bras and other various items somewhere else from here on out.

After graduating,…read moreevery time I'm in San Marcos, I always stop here and each time, I have always left with some items. After looking at some reviews, I do agree, majority of the clothes are leaning more towards the younger audience, but it makes sense because it is located in a college town. The clothes I see in Dallas are more diverse, but leaning more towards the mature side. So, the clothes they have do depend on the location of the Uptown. For this particular location, I think they're pretty good on having clothes that are trendy and up-to-date for college students. The most recent visit I had was very pleasant. They were doing an event for an anniversary and I was welcomed with a coupon at the door which was nice! I ended up a few things including a pair of Aerie Crossover Flowy Shorts for such an amazing price that I couldn't even find looking through Depop and Poshmark. After checking out, I was given a swag bag that had some cute pieces in there and I left with a cookie lol. I love and miss San Marcos so much! This place is also one of the reasons why I enjoy coming back. I remember thrifting in SanMo wasn't always the best specifically for me, but I think this place is guaranteed to have the items you're looking for. Of course, Uptown will cost more than a thrift store, but I don't mind that because it makes it more efficient for me to find items in excellent condition.
