They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

I never had trouble finding parking, and always find a few good deals when I visit. Most recently, I found a couple of hand tools in a tool outlet store, some calendars and toys, and my spouse found great deals on sweaters and jeans in the Old Navy outlet. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so the whole place closed early (6 p.m.!) and we didn't get a chance to visit every store, but next time we go will be on a better shopping day.

But it's still a cool center to have in San Marcos, which is not where you would expect to go to find this kind of shopping plaza, and there is a location of a local Bubble Tea chain - Teapioca Lounge - that is big in OKC and Austin, so that's cool.

Maybe our stores don't do that well in the volume department as I found some Joker Brand shorts that I had purchased a year ago at the Sunset Valley store, but didn't have my size. I hit the boys department only to find a few items that originally would have been a set with top and shorts; just the top remaining for the same price. How am I supposed to frequent Ross stores when they have the same four pairs of pants each visit? That's my problem with Ross, either some better discount outlet is beating them taking all the good stuff or they are only able to secure small amounts from other retail chains.
