I also had an old not-so-great-fitting-but-structurally-intact pair of pants. I showed the photos to the staff, and was told, "Oh, we thought you knew those were there." They never called to alert me, nor did they mention anything when I picked them up. That response alone tells me they knew damage had occurred and hoped I wouldn't notice. The stains are now permanent. They refunded nothing, offered no solution, and were dismissive when I expressed concern. If you're bringing anything of value to this business, be aware that they do not take responsibility for damage and appear to lack transparency with customers. I'm deeply disappointed and sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the same.

They might do a great job once you figure out the system, but I have no desire to do that. If the business doesn't care about making it convenient for the customer, why should I bother? There are other companies that will do a better job.
