Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does. He also demonstrated to us his commitment to providing a very high level of quality in his finished work. I tried to understand this as to try to hide patches (because of dog). But once they left the door open and my dog ran away. They tried doing the job quickly to go which resulted in a low maintenance :( Other times they would just cut the lawn and not trim bushes. I have to say flowers blossomed pretty nice! We also aired grass a couple of times, and rang him for a step which was left uneven... The issues began last December when a fencing company's negligence caused a leak and a winterization failure. The Northern Waters team initially came out to identify and resolve that specific issue. However, when we turned the water back on earlier in July, the system experienced unusually low pressure. This led to a cascading series of costly and ineffective service calls: Visit 1: A technician came out, simply confirmed the low-pressure issue, and we were charged $180 for him walking around and letting us know that indeed the system was not working. Visit 2: The technician returned later that week. He stated that sand must have been pushed into the lines during their previous winterization repair, causing a blockage. Despite this being a direct result of their prior work, we were charged an additional $480. We were assured the system was fully repaired. Unfortunately, the system was far from fixed. While it was scheduled to run every other day at 5:00 AM, we began noticing significant water pooling in certain areas. Worse, one of our larger rhododendrons is now dying due to a complete lack of watering. We ran an out-of-cycle test ourselves and discovered several outlets were still completely nonfunctional. Visit 3: The company sent out the exact same technician. I had to personally walk the property with him to point out 6 to 7 distinct nonfunctional areas that absolutely should have been addressed during the prior visits. During this walk-through, the technician identified even further issues, resulting in a staggering $880 charge for this third visit alone. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the absolute lack of accountability. I was repeatedly charged for follow-up visits to fix issues that were either caused by their own repairs or completely missed by their technician. Combined with the property damage to our landscaping, the fact that it took three separate, expensive visits just to get the sprinkler system functioning properly is entirely unacceptable. Be aware of this company and proceed with caution before hiring them.

The bushes next to the driveway were overgrown, making it hard to get in and out of the house. The neighbor's grape vines were draping all the way to the floor of our yard. And the worst part was this goliath wall of trees/bushes that completely blocked the pathway into the backyard. It was huge!!!! A serial killer could have been hiding in there! We dialed NF Landscaping, and Alex came out for a quote literally the next day. Their pricing was extremely competitive, and they were also able to schedule us in for the same week! When they arrived, they tackled the job with extreme gusto. I couldn't believe how much they did in such a little amount of time. Alex was able to cut everything down with just one extra person!!! He's a super human bushwhacking tree cutting machine!!! Extremely satisfied with Alex and NF Landscaping. Please take a look at the before and after photos. The difference is literally night and day (the huge wall of greenery was literally blocking the sunlight for one of our downstairs bedrooms).

He gave me a flat rate of $150 on Yelp and we set a time for two days later. Day of, he asked me "How much were you looking to pay to have this removed?" after getting pictures of the storage unit. Because of this I ask a different company for a quote through email, they tell me an quick estimate of $119 min load, or a max of $159. He arrived an hour late. He moved the items while I was outside setting up Venmo because he wouldn't take card or Paypal. I paid him $150 through Venmo and he left. Next day get a call from the property manager that my stuff was in the hallway. I start another 3 hour roundtrip to grab these items. The mover, when told about this says it isn't him. After I inform him the cameras were checked his phone line and yelp phone line disconnect. (The loud beeping kind) Because I paid through Venmo, a refund was impossible. I leave a review on yelp and inform the mover I am starting a small claims case. I get a call later where he offers a refund if I take down my review. I discuss the situation with him and he says it wasn't him, but he won't refund without the review being gone, so I refuse. He insults me and then disconnects his line again. Afterwards I get a refund. The mover still says it wasn't him and says either I or the other unit owner who was there at the time did this.
