I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

Sean picked up my phone call on a Saturday and quickly had a written bid to me. Greg came Tuesday and spent almost three hours applied a degreaser to the driveway and then pressure washed it with hot water. It took Greg about three rounds of this over several hours, but it looks great. I had texted Sean some "before" pictures and he let me know they could make it look better but that it was not likely they'd get all of the stains out. Greg somehow managed to get ALL of the large stains out. There is just a very faint tire track stain left. It's so much better than I thought it would be. Very impressive! Thank you Sean and Greg for such excellent customer service. It's much appreciated.
