The top layer of the concrete is flaking away. Now we have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Unfortunately, we learned that Bill has a reputation for watering down the concrete after we had already signed his contract. We signed up with him because of his father's good reputation in the concrete business. We are greatly regretting doing business with Bill and won't be calling him again!

The window replacement went smoothly and they assessed the situation and noted there was thankfully no other mold or rot below the old window.
