Bill McCann installed a new concrete driveway at our home in June, 2023…read more We are very disappointed in the work completed as our driveway is in worse condition than it was before the work done by Bill; and that old driveway was over 20 years old! The top layer of the concrete is flaking away. Now we have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Unfortunately, we learned that Bill has a reputation for watering down the concrete after we had already signed his contract. We signed up with him because of his father's good reputation in the concrete business. We are greatly regretting doing business with Bill and won't be calling him again!

He liked Anderson's quality, and they were the only brand he used. Dad said to go with the Fibrex, which we did. We live in Minnesota where the temperature changes are extreme. If windows don't last, they're not a good value. We're very pleased with our Anderson windows. We've gone through a few winters with them and they're just as beautiful as the day they were installed. Everyone at Ryan Windows and Siding was a breeze to work with. Thanks!

The window replacement went smoothly and they assessed the situation and noted there was thankfully no other mold or rot below the old window. But they also made sure to spray some insulation of sort (if I'm remembering right) or some type of protectant to ensure nothing happened in the future. And on top or that the window is such nice quality and i know it will last several years. Thank you Ryan Windows and Siding!

Thanks to Colton and his team for an amazing job! I would definitely hire them for work again!

Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

I needed a contractor familiar with working within the nightmare that is involved in filing an insurance claim. Hans really went to bat for me while getting my claim approved. About six months later while selling my house, during negotiations on the sale there was some additional damage we needed to have addressed. Hans showed up and got the work done quickly and at good value - even got me an insurance claims check back after closing! I cannot say enough great things about Han's employees. They showed up on time, were always friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable with all their work and experience. They weren't just there for a job, but were easy to talk to and would answer my questions. Really helpful. I would recommend anyone work with H&H Construction and Han's team for any contractor work needed in the Rochester area.
