They started by responding to our request for an estimate of a Radon mitigation system and was out to our house within 24 hours. Jeff Beck, our estimator, was very professional and thorough in going through what the product does and the installation process. All-Star Basements crew was out in 48 hours after that despite the cold weather conditions and installed the unit and had lined up the electrician as well to hook it up to our breaker box. The Radon mitigation is quiet, takes up little space and is already bringing our short test reader down to safe levels. Highly recommend their awesome company to others!

What a great group of guys. Our basement was constantly wet so we contacted basement water control,…read morethe estimate was free and even done on a weekend when we were home from work. The owner is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions as we were decided between them and american water works. Once our project got close they were in contact and actually completed the project ahead of schedule. They were respectful and hard working. They even cleaned everything up before leaving... they literally wiped my washed and dryer down. You could barley tell it was a work zone at one point in time. We had one bump in the road... our water main got knicked, but as the owner said he was responsible and sure enough I was able to get a plumber of my choice and he paid the bill. We are two months out and have had alot of rain.... not one leak and our blocks are drying out. Would ABSOLUTLY recommend them to anyone I know!!!
