My husband said we have been setting in spot 3 for 11 minutes waiting since we phoned and was told then she was bagging our order. She had no response and he walked out. We tipped $5 on the $30 to go order, come on now! I asked my husband to count the chicken it was all there then we drove home. The chicken was dry. In the past their broasted chicken has ALWAYS been good. This tasted old not fresh but yet it was hot however, not seasoned. The fries were as if they were at the bottom of the bag. Several small pieces versus the larger fries. I have never been served them when I have ate in their restaurant before. I thought that was odd. The coleslaw appeared to be days old. I was not impressed due to the taste of the food and lack of getting me my order on time. I will be choosing someplace else to spend by hard earned money. Too many disappointments here.
