Two workers were there, but unfortunately they said "the cooks aren't at work yet". They showed up about 5 minutes later as I was standing in the parking lot outside the door & they said to give them 10 minutes. I decided to run an errand & came back 30 minutes later. My order was a to-go. Upon my return, it took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. I ordered the chicken curry lunch platter which comes with salad, rice & hummus. - Chicken curry (4/5)- quite unique curry sauce (kinda thick, can't place the spices) with tender chunks of chicken. - Salad (4.5/5) - Salad had a garlic dressing/sauce which elevated the basic lettuce salad & made it quite flavorful. - Hummus (3/5) - it was just ok for me. I've had some hummus at other Mediterranean places lately that are really fantastic so those have become my baseline. They have a garlic dip which I ordered as a side item, it's the most unique dip. It's whipped to a mashed potato consistency. It's good, different. When you mix the garlic dip into the hummus it upgrades the hummus flavor. - Lentil soup (3.5/5) I was expecting to have spoonfuls of actual whole lentils but this soup has the lentils puréed so it's just a little thicker than a broth soup with no visible lentils. The flavor is good, I can taste the black pepper (but it's not hot). I just prefer less of a puréed soup. Lots of pita bread was provided. The worker taking my order thanked me for coming back. Hopefully it's not a pattern for them not to be ready when the doors open.

A solid restaurant for something to feed you at reasonable pricing. Great for dining in and to-go…read more I personally enjoy their mixed kababs with rice and hummus (comes with pita bread). Other honorable mentions: philly cheese subs (both beef and chicken, depending on your preference), beef kabab wrap, crispy chicken burger, and you must absolutely get their fries to share (or not to share, whatever floats your boat). Honestly, haven't had any issues with any of their entrees. Just a tip that fries actually are crispier if you dine-in instead of taking to-go. They also have catering service, which is great for when hosting for my Muslims friends and knowing everything I order from Busy Boy's are halal. I haven't tried their crepes but my friends love it here and always recommend it. There was a time over the Summer when I would randomly find hair but I realized it's one of the workers who kept scratching his head with food-prepped gloves. Haven't had any issues lately since then but just a headsup. I've been coming here for years and it's really a good option if you want food that doesn't take forever, halal, and just laid back atmosphere. Just please clean up after yourself to clear the table for the next guest. If you ever get a combo (with fries and a drink), I highly suggest the lemon-lime at their soda fountain but just try a bit of everything if it's your first time.

During a stressful and emotional time, they made the entire process easy, smooth, and affordable, and I am so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. I really wish I took pictures of the food after we displayed it out for the guests, but it was a funeral and my brain truly was in another place. We ordered the rice, a side salad. Both were in very large aluminum dishes, and two servings of felafel sides and then a mixture of beef, chicken and lamb wraps all cut in half. The owner personally spent time with me on the phone multiple times going over the menu, helping me figure out how to get the best variety of dishes within our budget, and making thoughtful suggestions that ended up being perfect. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us, not just making a sale. The food was absolutely delicious -- so many people complimented the wraps and the rice in particular, and several guests asked where the food came from. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and homemade, not like typical fast catering or fast food. At the last minute I realized I didn't have cutlery, and without hesitation he took care of it for me and included it in the cost, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I actually first tried their food when I gave birth at Memorial Hermann across the street in February, and I'm so glad I remembered them and came back to use them for catering. The quality is amazing, the service is even better, and the price was about half of what other catering companies quoted us -- with better food. Truly an amazing business run by genuinely good people. I highly recommend them for catering, especially if you want authentic food, fair pricing, and people who really care.

I wonder if they double meat for some extra dough. I'll ask it next time. There was enough seating in the restaurant and some good music was playing. There were other items on the menu, which I'll try next time. I also noticed some lunch specials on the menu.

This is the case with Lama Mediterranean Cuisine in The Woodlands. My wife had a doctor's appointment at 2 pm and we live about 35 miles away, I figured go early and get some lunch and then get to the doctor with a full stomach. We put the address into the GPS and pulled right up in front of the restaurant. While it was nice weather outside, we decided to sit indoors and I am glad we did because I noticed some diners outdoors were batting away insects. Our server, Abraham came quickly and took our drink orders while we studied the menu and admired the beautifully decorated interior of the restaurant. Blue is a strong color they have used effectively, there is a large dinging room for a big group just off the main dining room and a bar at the far west end. We ordered some appetizers and they came out quickly, We had a small order (4 pieces) of the Fried Hallumi Cheese and also Kebbeh. Both came with a small sampling of cucumber, tomato and red onion which paired well. The Kebbeh had the most fragrant seasoning, I believe a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and clove. The serving sizes were ample and after trying some we both agreed to save room for the entrees we ordered, my wife had the Gyro Sandwich and I had the Chicken Shawerma, both were wrapped in a super fresh pita that had to be house made. My wife had the regular fries and I had sweet potato which were cooked perfectly, so light and crisp. We couldn't resist ordering some baklava to go, my wife thought walnut sounded good but our server said he felt the cashew was the best so we ordered that. When he brought it out, he said that there were 2 pieces of the cashew but he also added one of walnut at no charge, what a treat. We will be coming back here, the restaurant overall was super fresh and clean, service was great and the food was fantastic.
