It's great to see that Gould's is still going with the likes of Ryman and Staples popping up all over the country. But they deserve it, they're great little stationers and as long as I can remember they've been incredibly helpful in every aspect of what they do. I mean this is the place you'd go as a kid to get you're Iron Brew pencil case, as a teenager to get your tip ex, as a uni student to get your folders and then as an adult to get your pens and pads for all the things you start to forget. They really are a great little shop and I would thoroughly recommend them. They sell everything stationary related, including canvasses for the budding artist in you!

They also sell office equipment such as computer chairs and printers to name but a few. It is ideal if you are looking to make photocopies too as they have a photocopy machine service which you can operate yourself charged at a small fee. If you cannot find what you are looking for at Ryman, then chances are you will not find it elsewhere at the same quality or choice. Your best bet would probably be Staples which is similar in style. Ryman prices are moderate (sometimes you can find the odd bargain) and if you can present a valid student card, you are enabled a 10% discount on all purchases.

Outstanding service! The other day while using my computer…read moreit suddenly went off with a bang! I called around the local area to try and find somebody to fix computers. The guy who answered the phone seem to know what the problem was immediately. He suggested I bring it in for a quick diagnosis so that you could give me a rough cost of the repair. Later that day I took it into the store which is conveniently located on the high street with some parking a few yards up from the shop. I was served by a young chap quickly attached my computer to their screens. He concluded that the power supply had indeed blown. But wasn't sure if it had taken anything out with it. He asked if I can go and get a cup of coffee while he checked it out further. I gave my details and booked the computer in. I had to do a bit of shopping anyway so I went to the local superstore to kill some time. I wasn't there long before I had a text asking if I could call the shop. I made the call and was glad to hear that It was just the power supply that need replacing. They gave me a quote which I was very happy with and told me that the computer would be ready for collection in 15 Minutes. I finish my shopping and return to the computer shop to see my computer on the counter running with all my files still in the same place.
