I have been a patient with Gwinnett Pulmonary Group for at least 5 years, and I absolutely love and adore Dr. Michael J. Sineway and his staff. Yes, I know he is busy with a large caseload of patients, and there may be a wait at times, but when you think of the restaurants we love and wait an hour for because the food and service is so good, it's worth waiting for your doctor who sincerely cares about every patient. Maybe Gwinnett Pulmonary Group will consider expanding - hopefully - because I wholeheartedly recommend them. And when you get your medicine filled at their pharmacy in Lawrenceville, you just HAVE to meet Genevieve! She is amazingly kind and sweet and very committed to helping the patient. She's thorough and knows her job and how medicines work and interchange, and will explain it all to you. I look forward to seeing her after my appointments - even if only to say hello. She's a GEM! We've got to know that sickness today is very rampant, and the ratio of patient to doctor is probably more than doctors can comfortably handle, but instead of damaging an establishment with profound negativity, let's consider working together to see what can be done to address problems. Dr. Epps is outstanding. I've had back trouble for 30 years and I'm in constant pain, level 7. Emory has failed miserably with six attempts to fix the problem. Dr. Epps is far and above better than what I've experienced at Emory. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes time to listen well. He's thorough, and he has given me better options. My first appointment with Dr. Epps, I had a long wait, but he apologized for the delay, and my appointment today was in and out, on time. I've always avoided strong drugs. I was fearful that by finally going to a pain specialist, I'd get pushed onto habit forming drugs. In fact, my PCP had prescribed a FENTANYL PATCH, which I luckily didn't get filled. Dr. Epps read my list of drugs I've had reactions to, and FENTANYL was going to be dangerous and they caught that issue. I'll be having a back injection procedure. They have a skilled MD anesthesiologist so I will be able to safely go to sleep for my procedure, which never happened at Emory! I'm in safe, capable, and caring hands. read more

This practice is very welcoming. The staff and front office gal were so sweet and so helpful as well! This group of professionals showed a level of respect that we didn't receive at our last pulmonologists group -hence why we left. Dr. SINEWAY- spent an ample amt of time getting to know my dad and was a terrific listener. Fabulous bedside manner. He was proactive to get immediate scans of my dad with his COPD issues. Terrific follow up after the scans were performed as well...scheduling was a breeze and made it possible to do back to back appts for us. So glad I found him for my fathers care team. *** Reminders: this building is one story! And they have Free level parking and no steps or elevators to get into. EXCELLENT PRACTICE! Saw Drs Kaplan and Pai on diff circumstances - one for post pneumonia in July and now w Dr. Pai - post-Covid. It was so refreshing to be able to get an apptmt within a few days of needing it! This last time, Dr. Pai took all the time needed to explain the steps I needed to recover. He even Google translated the French letter written by my overseas Doc who treated me while in hospital. Gwinett Pulmonary is superb from front office to clinical staff. Dr. Kaplan is bright, empathetic and caring. In this era of "fast food" medical care, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain his findings. The front desk and checkout desk staff is excellent. The med techs and nurses are friendly and caring. I switched from another major pulmonary group, which was cold, unhelpful, and treated you like a number rather than a person seeking care. This was my first visit to Gwinnett Pulmonary Group. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The tech Alyssa was patient and friendly as we navigated through tests. Dr Pai was amazing! He was thorough, friendly and patient regarding my questions. He reviewed my records discussed my issues and taught me things I did not know by drawing for me what he was explaining. I love Gwinnett pulmonary Dr Rajanala is great she does not stop until she gets to bottom of my asthma and puts me over to different doctors to see how they can work together to help me. She knows my insurance Barely covers nothing so she put me in with their pharmacy so I can afford My medication she calls out the nurse in the pharmacy is great making sure I stay on top of my refills. I have the upmost respect for ALL the doctors in this practice! I have a very rare Autoimmune Disease that causes a lot of lung infections. At one point, I was hospitalized every two to three months! Dr. Hayat is my physician, but I'm intimately acquainted with all the doctors! I know them, and trust them with my life!! I'm always heard, seen, and respected! I see Dr. Rajesh Jasani. He is very kind. Knowledgeable and provides excellent care Everyone I have encountered (staff) are helpful and kind. Their pharmacy can fill most prescriptions without a problem and work with my insurance. The wait is usually no more than 10 minutes total office visit 20-45 minutes depending on reason for visit. I am very happy with my doctor and have been seeing him for around 3 years and plan to continue. read more

Such a great experience here! I recently was hospitalized for a major burn, and found out that wasn't what I needed to worry about. I had pneumonia, COPD and was close to death with my oxygen levels being so low. I had my first appointment after discharge from the ICU today and the entire staff here, and Dr. Siddiqui was amazing!
