Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

She doesn't make me feel panicked about any of my conditions; instead she calmly tends to them. She takes her time with me and makes sure that I understand every procedure that will be ensuing. The bottom line is that my feet feel so much better! I love the gentle way that she simply gives me the options to buy into suggestions through her input as well as my own. I would recommend Dr. Malone, without hesitation, and without exception, as a superior Padiatrist with whom one can expect the results she will deliver. Their excuses ran the gamut from Dr. Is on vacation to no operating rooms available at the hospital. My ex is 74, easily confused, non-confrontational and on Medicare. When I finally convinced him to let them know that I could speak to them, they suddenly found an OR available. Dr. Woo was careful to show me what a great job he had done, but when I asked about the damage that could have been caused by the prolonged use of a catheter, he quickly started blaming prostrate medication...medication HE prescribed! Fortunately, removal went off well and he is able to "void" so far. A lawsuit is still not out of the question for the pain and suffering caused by this neglect.

When insurance asked to change to the correct code and re-submit the claim, they refused. They made patient pay out of packet for preventative care covered under insurance. :(
