Of the 6 or so companies I contacted, they had the best communication. I both spoke with one of their estimators on the phone, then later met him at the property. We spoke at length about the remodel I had planned and he answered a ton of questions. I never felt like I was being upsold. The estimator even said he didn't think the bathroom was is that bad of a condition and suggested it might be repairable instead I received a quote/estimate a few days later and it was both comprehensive and priced competitively (2nd lowest of the quotes I received). I ended up electing to have the tub/shower refinished and some other areas repaired, but had I decided to complete the remodel, Vacant Interiors would have been my top choice.

She also found me a wire cover on Amazon to order and sent me instructions on how to purchase them. Artsem, the technician, arrived mostly on time (within the window I was given). He was very friendly and efficient. He wasted no time in getting the TV measured and holes drilled. The entire process took about one hour. He also was very tidy, laying down paper towels before drilling and cleaning up his area. He made sure everything was adjusted to the height I preferred. I really appreciated his insight on where to place the wires to make the console look most beautiful. His expertise was apparent throughout. At one point the drill bit I was sent along with the wire hiding kit broke. Luckily, Artsem came prepared with a spare bit and everything was saved. The price, including the $50 deposit, came out to $215 for the wire hiding and mounting. I paid $50 beforehand and $165 after completion. I'd say it's worth it. He came with all the tools, on time, and finished the job quickly. Everything is straight and level too. He also told me to save the pieces he drilled out from the wall so that I could fix the wall when I move out from my rented place. I appreciate that he's thinking ahead like that. Last, he accepts Venmo. Overall, a great value and a great team of folks.

I have a few…read moreelectricians I've used before, so I had a few to choose from when my light fell down a couple days ago. But they usually can't fit me in for a week or two. Plus, if all went well with the light, I had a few more items I wanted to discuss, and they would require a Handyman. So I called Tim (Artsem is his full name, in case you've seen that in other reviews), he picked up first call, I explained about the light, and I asked how soon he could come? I said "Can you come tomorrow?" Now I don't know if he usually works on Saturday, but he said "Sure, how about 9 - 10am?" Worked great for me! So I showed him the light, thinking he would have to get into the attic to get "above" the fixture to replace the cup-thing it screws into, but he said no, everything is done down below. So he ran to Home Depot to get the correct cup thing, and knowing he was heading to HD anyway, I said "See this rusted vent? I tried to unscrew it and change it myself, but it's caulked on tight. Can you replace that?" "Sure!" (Add $10 to my bill. I'm happy with that!!) So I showed him another vent in the basement, and he did that one also. While we were at it, I asked him to put some wall anchors on a tall set of cabinets in the garage, and anchor it to the wall so that it never tips over. And I showed him where a hook on the garage wall fell down because I hung too many folding chairs on it. He picked up some extra long screws at Home Depot, and took care of that too. In addition, I thought that my ceiling fan wasn't working, and had him look at it. He found the problem quickly, and it's working again! Same thing with a lightbulb in the basement subfloor that wasn't working, he got it working again. So I am super happy to have found Tim, and I will 100% for sure be using him again very soon, because I have lots more on my Honey-Do list. Someone asked in the Questions section how much he charges: I believe his minimum fee may be $100. But it seemed that each little thing that I asked him to do (like replace the vents, anchor the cabinet to the wall, re-hang the hook in the garage), he priced at $10 each. I believe he said he charges either "$60 per hour, or a flat rate", like when my fixture fell down, he asked me to send pictures, I did, and he texted me a flat rate without seeing it in person, and I loved his price and said yes. For small items that are quick, like 10 minutes, would be about $10. (He does add on the Home Depot price of whatever he has to buy to do it, so $16 for each of my vents. Therefore, $16 + $10 = $26. Can't beat that! So be sure and find a few items that need fixing, and call for it all to be done in one trip. I was 10/10 pleased with his pricing, I felt his prices are low, but his ability and expertise is high!! Anyway, if you live in Denver, I would call Tim, and if it is something he has done before and knows how to do, I bet you are going to be super happy like I am!! Thanks, Tim!

He quoted us a big number but he showed us many videos and pictures of his previous work and after looking him up on Thumbtack and Google review, we took the plunge and hired him. I am here to tell you what a horrible mistake that was in hopes of helping anyone else who may be considering hiring him. He took ALOT of money from us but beginning the very first day he was supposed to start our project, he has made every day of our lives a nightmare and I wish I was exaggerating. A project he assured us (verbally and in our contract) would take 4-6 weeks took over 4 months and the only reason it finally finished is because we went out and bought our own supplies so that the workers would have something to install. MOST of those 4 months, the kitchen sat with no work being done because Beck did not provide the materials to do the work. I'm talking weeks to months for him to order flooring, CABINETS, countertops! He waited so long that we had to settle for a different cabinet color and different countertops than what agreed on in the beginning because they were sold out or on backorder. He literally said he would NOT deliver our countertops if we didn't pay him money the night before he was supposed to come with them. WE HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR THE COUNTERTOPS!!! Even though we had proof and text messages and bank drafts, he said he cannot bring us the countertops because he doesn't have the money to pay those workers so we had to. I WISH I was making this up. And the worst part, is if we didn't have proof of everything through text messages, he would have stolen so much more money and supplies from us. All the things we went out and bought ourselves were included in the contract but were never reimbursed (backsplash, lighting, drawers and shelfs for the cabinets, faucets, sink). On top of that he left our home an absolute disaster. His workers left tools, and half used supplies everywhere. They spilled white paint on our concrete garage floor and left it there to dry and for us to cleanup! Also, he will flat out ignore your calls and text messages FOR DAYS! We had to get legal counsel and send him legal threats for him to respond! I don't want this review to get much longer, there is so much to say. We are forever traumatized by this whole experience and will let everyone know on every review site. I'm sure Beck thinks he just robbed us blind and never have to deal with us again, what a surprise he will get soon. If you are reading this and considering hiring expert guys construction, you have been severely warned. Proceed at your own risk and only if you have a good lawyer on retainer. P.S. all of his workers speak Russian and VERY little English, so good luck communicating with whichever stranger that shows up to your house and that's IF they come to work.

Technicians arrived without a level, had to borrow mine. Art was hung but not squared up. Second project was to pull OLED TV out of box, attach stand and place on entertainment center. Styrofoam was not cleaned up, left out of box in pieces. Third was to install curtain rod hangers above windows. Dry wall dust left below each installation location, one hanger of 4 remounted and askew. See photos. Invoice included a double billing of hardware, while only 1 was used. Technicians kept 2nd piece of hardware yet tried to charge me for it. Invoice had to be adjusted, based on photo evidence of unopened product. Beware of being overcharged, as their pricing was the most competitive. I paid them to do the same quality of work I could've done myself, so why even hire them?

I've used him since then for end of season maintenance, and this year he even took the initiative to locate a part that needed replacing on my valve. This summer I managed to damage a sprinkler line during some landscaping work.
