I recently purchased a home that was badly in need of some gutters along with some siding and…read moresoffits. I had multiple companies come out for their evaluations and estimates. Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The estimate that I received from Joe wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but due to Joe's attention to detail it is what made me decide to go with Jon's Seamless Gutters. I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did and will recommend Jon's Seamless Gutters to anyone that asks me.

They were good throughout the set up and installation which was about 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get them to come out and do some simple cleaning around the edges and to ensure that everything is working properly and they have basically "ghosted me". Spoke with a few contractors but ACE RESTORATION PROS in Huntersville, NC stood out the most. I read their reviews on the BBB website and I was immediately sold on them. (posted there since my roof was done) Spoke with Jason and he was nothing short of personable, attentive, great personality, and completely thorough in the entire process. I filed the claim with my insurance company, STATE FARM, and Jason was gracious enough to be a part of my 3-way call because he could answer questions from a contractor prospective that I couldn't. It was APPROVED almost immediately. Jason then comes to my home with samples of the colors they offer. It was like talking to a family friend that's been around for ages! Within 2 weeks they were on the site and before I got home from work I had a roof that was a BEAUTY to see coming down the street!! They even removed that ugly satellite dish at no charge!! My neighbors came over to tell me how they loved the color I chose!! Jason is amazing and I highly recommend him and the TEAM at ACE RESTORATION PROS to everyone!

I contacted Hayden to have Streamline come out to assess my roof. They identified some problem areas that needed attention (soffit had come loose, downspout was undersized in one area, gap leading into attic where facia hadn't been properly installed, gutters needed cleaning). Streamline explained to me the issues at hand and how they were going to address them. They gave me a very fair quote and scheduled me in within a week. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and did a great job in cleaning the gutters, repairing the soffit and facia and installing a new 40ft downspout. My roof is at least 50ft off of the ground in some spots and my lot is on a steep incline so this was no straightforward task. They cleaned up the yard after completion of the job, walked me through the work performed and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.
