He is conscientious and once the work was completed he even went over all the work to be sure each part of it was done correctly. His crew started removing our old roof at 6:00am and were finished with the new GAF roof at 3:30pm the same day. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up everything around the house. Don also replaced our gutters & downspouts with continuous extruded gutters and installed gutter covers too. They look so much better than before and no more cleaning gutters for me. We couldn't be happier. If you take pride in your home, you'll consider calling All Roofing Siding & Gutters.

Had a couple of bad spots (from mistakes by a previous roofer) and they replaced the decking as well. Complete tear off, new underlayment, Architectural shingles, ridge vents, cleanup, haul away, and they ran a magnet for the nails, all in two and a half days. Dowells are so easy to deal with, so professional, and such good folks. Do not even think of getting a new roof without consulting with Dowell Roofing.

I also listened to a few sales pitches disguised as general explanations. Then I got on the phone with Scott Brasfield: The Gutterman. He talked with me honestly, in a very casual way, not leading me in any one direction, as my brother would. That I appreciated. Scott also has the unique ability to show samples of every product on the market, as well as older products. He apparently collects them all, as he is always looking for a better product and does not pledge allegiance to any one manufacturer. His samples allow customers to make better decisions as well. Scott's solution and price was very fair, considering the product that I chose and fair relative to the other contractors who bid for the same work. The work was done on time and without any issues. The gutters are performing well. That fact, the product warranty and Scott's service all give me real peace of mind. So, if you need new gutters or gutter guards and want to make an informed decision without sales pitches for whatever brand the installer signed a contract with, call Scott.
