Costs are very reasonable and Dr Tack (owner) is always very accommodating. Yesterday was sort of an emergency. Oscar went lame after a fairly recent luxating patella surgery (performed elsewhere). We were concerned that he was again hobbling on three legs. I called at 9am (Thursday 12th) and got an appointment with Dr Tack at 5.45pm same day....impressive response ! Dr Tack was his usual punctual and constructive self and we are now back in treatment pending x-ray review. He would do an ultrasound on him in which he already went to another vet and had a physical and x-rays, knowing that I just lost my job and did not have any money, but love my dog he said that an ultrasound had to be done in order for him to determine whether it was cancer. He told me to bring my dog in at 12, and when I went back at four, my dog was still in a cage and and the ultrasound person did not arrive yet. My dog was in the cage for four hours, scared and shaking. I called him and told him he should've called me. I would've picked him up so he wouldn't have to be alone and scared in a strange place, and he said well we didn't know what time he she was coming? He would not perform the ultrasound unless he got money first he has a poor excuse for a vet.

Instead of getting a prescription and having to order the meds online...so that saves time and money in shipping costs.
