We were looking for help with leash training and overall confidence, and Nancy was the perfect fit. From the very first interaction, Nancy was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She clearly loves what she does and cares deeply about every dog she works with. I enrolled our pup in a month-long board-and-train program while I was getting married, and Nancy made the experience completely stress-free. She stayed in constant communication, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that showed the progress and the specific behaviors being worked on -- plus advice for us as owners to reinforce at home. When our dog came back, the difference was night and day. She's calmer, more responsive, and walks beautifully on a leash with far fewer distractions. Her reactivity around other dogs has improved dramatically, and she seems much more confident overall. Even after the program ended, Nancy went above and beyond -- she included additional follow-up lessons at no cost and still checks in to see how things are going. Her board-and-train setup is amazing too: the dogs aren't kept in kennels but get to enjoy the outdoors, sunshine, and plenty of attention and enrichment. I had previously hired Brenda (business owner) and her husband to walk my dog with no issues, so I trusted them again for a multi-day dog-sitting job while I was out of town. While I was away, Brenda messaged me saying my dog had an "upset belly but he's okay." Something about that didn't sit right with me, so I made the difficult decision to cut my trip short and drive 14 hours home. When I arrived around 1:00 a.m., I immediately knew something was wrong. As soon as I opened my door, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of dog diarrhea. Inside, I found three large stains on the carpet and remnants of diarrhea inside and outside of my dog's crate. While I was standing there in shock, a man suddenly came up my private staircase behind me and walked into my apartment unannounced. He appeared very unwell and said he was there to walk my dog -- at 1 a.m. When I asked why he was coming in the middle of the night, he told me, "This is the normal time we walk the dogs," and that my dog had been "sick, sick, sick." I was never informed that my dog was this ill. I sent him home immediately, shaken and upset. When I contacted Brenda, she told me their dogs follow an "8-hour walking schedule" -- 9 a.m., 5 p.m., and 1 a.m. That made no sense, especially for a dog with an upset stomach who should've been let out more frequently. This was neglectful and irresponsible. Brenda initially refused to refund me. After further discussion, she reluctantly agreed to a small $25 refund but even spelled both my first and last name incorrectly on the money order she had mailed to me. She also mentioned that her husband -- who she admitted was very sick and had surgery scheduled the next morning -- was the one sent to walk my dog. She was trying to make me feel guilty for the job she agreed to do. That was unfair to him and completely unprofessional. I tried to give Brenda the benefit of the doubt despite seeing another concerning review before I hired her, but I regret not taking it more seriously. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and could have ended badly for my dog. If you care about your pet's well-being and safety, please think twice before using this service.

Dog had a severe infection in it's mouth. brought the dog in at 4 (close at 7)…read more... the dog is a fear biter, but growls a warning. muzzled the dog for the vet. vet comes over to look. dog growls, vet... no lie... actually jumped back. never examined the dog and made a diagnosis from across the room. said the dog had a broken tooth. must have had xray vision because the vet NEVER LOOKED IN THE DOGS MOUTH. Wouldn't sedate because, as we were told, they didn't have the time that day. wtf? three hours isn't enough time? gave meds as we left. avoid this vet practice. two days later we took her to an emergency vet hospital, the snap diagnosis from across the room was completely incorrect. and the antibiotics they gave us weren't working. the dog had something completely different wrong with her. they actually looked, probably because they didn't jump away when the dog growled. My dog almost died because of this vet. Took all of our animals away from here and have moved on. If you love your pets, this isn't the vet to go to.
