She is prejudice against people that she thinks does have insurance. I have insurance, but she didn't do her job until I got there. It took 48 minutes to finally verify that I had insurance. Autumn was rude, disrespectful, and talked down to me. She had a chip on her shoulder and a power trip. She should be fired immediately for how she treated me. This after I had spent a couple of thousand dollars when I did not have insurance. He gave me a 10% discount once because I was paying his full cost out of pocket. Also, while doing a root canal, he said he was having difficulty completing it and sent me to a specialist. That Doctor found a metal piece from his 'pick' lodged in my gum I think. Dr. Katz preformed a root canal that eventually became infected twice in a two year-period. I was…read moresent to an endodontist who looked at the x-rays and found a broken wire stuck in the root of my tooth. The piece of metal couldn't be extracted, and I was sent back to Dr. Katz to extract the tooth. Not only did I have to endure the pain from the infections but had to pay the specialist for the amount my insurance did not cover. When I complained to Dr. Katz about the broken wire, he said, "You always take that risk." I stated that I didn't think I should pay for any of the extraction procedure. Dr. Katz did accept my insurance payment and did not charge me for my portion of the extraction procedure.
