Felt like I was talking to my next-door neighbor who genuinely cares for your safety and wants to make sure all your concerns are heard. For someone who is not well versed in car speak, he explained everything to me in a digestible way and flagged what urgently needed attention vs what could spare to wait. Very satisfied with the quick and affordable services. I had an unrelated issue about a month later from bad luck on the freeway and called Doug right away. He told me my options and even though I didn't ultimately end up moving forward with his services I appreciated his transparency and the solutions he provided for me. Had it not been a timing thing on my end I would have definitely gone back. Look no further if you're looking for an honest & capable auto shop! One thing to note is that they do book out a few weeks for their appointments, which just goes to show how many people trust and rely on B&D for their repair needs. Good sign forsure. Thanks B&D!

I came here for brake job and thought it was one price but ended up being a different price. Norm Reeves quoted me $646 for all 4 wheels with new pads and resurfacing the rotors. So an additional $140 ($35 per rotor for resurfacing) because they have to send them out to get resurfaced somewhere else.
