They were out of my specific oil filter, but the manager offered to go to another location down the road and pick one up. While he was gone, the tech drained my oil and got everything prepped. They were very thorough with multiple safety checks throughout the process. They are a little pricey, which is why they don't get 5 stars, but I would definitely go back for the convenience factor and customer service.

Another 15 minutes go by and they tell me they can't get it off and can't do the oil change because the two working on it "aren't the most mechanically inclined".. so after 50 minutes of wasting my time I'm told that the people working on my car aren't fit for the job... yikes..

Today the oil was dirtier than it should've been after a change. They tell you you can come in the office and look what they did in the pit, but their video is so muddy, you really can't see anything. They try to tell you that your oil would've been cleaner if you had your fuel lines and jets cleaned. Not sure how that equates? Won't be back. I thought Tony was quite rude interrupting us when he didn't hear the whole conversation. Jerry has done a lot of work for me recently and I appreciate his honesty. I thought Tony was very unprofessional. If I was a first time customer I would have left and gone elsewhere. The reason I am writing this review is because I went to the Midas in Racine Wisconsin for their…read more$29.99 oil change special and everything went fine but the reason for only leaving three stars is that a month ago I had them install four brand new tires and during the inspection they did not find any issues but after my oil change just yesterday they now apparently found $3,000 worth of work that's my car requires and when I asked why none of this was mentioned during the inspection from my last visit only a month ago I was informed that sometimes they do not do a very thorough job during the inspection which I found very unsettling and I was also informed that Scott no longer works there which is who I dealt with last time so I was unable to ask him why no problems were mentioned before? The employees are friendly they did their job as expected I just expect a certain level of reliability with every visit and for my car to be thoroughly inspected every time and another thing I would like mention is that when they installed my new tires they entered the wrong car information so I would also appreciate it if they would be more accurate and thorough to make sure they get the right car information before putting brand new tires on.

They apologized admitted the mistake and gave me a proper oil change. They then gave me free oil change for my next due date. I went in today April 5, 2021 and had the free oil change. If you go here for an oil change against my advice, check your oil soon after the change that they say took place. Not trustworthy at all. My one star rating was way too high.
