I was a little skeptical because I have heard some not so great things about other Drive up oil change places but was very pleasantly surprised. They were out of my specific oil filter, but the manager offered to go to another location down the road and pick one up. While he was gone, the tech drained my oil and got everything prepped. They were very thorough with multiple safety checks throughout the process. They are a little pricey, which is why they don't get 5 stars, but I would definitely go back for the convenience factor and customer service.

Today the oil was dirtier than it should've been after a change. They tell you you can come in the office and look what they did in the pit, but their video is so muddy, you really can't see anything. The employees are friendly they did their job as expected I just expect a certain level of reliability with every visit and for my car to be thoroughly inspected every time and another thing I would like mention is that when they installed my new tires they entered the wrong car information so I would also appreciate it if they would be more accurate and thorough to make sure they get the right car information before putting brand new tires on.

Stunned, I replied that perhaps I misunderstood exactly what the meaning of the phrase "complete auto care" meant. Her response was equally as curious (again, I'm not making this up) "unless we've worked on your motor before we can't work on it now".
