Five days later I remembered to check my bank account to see that nothing was fixed, just that they had double charged me. Got it fixed by having to freeze my account and get new cards, the whole thing. Get them some better equipment! Today the oil was dirtier than it should've been after a change. They tell you you can come in the office and look what they did in the pit, but their video is so muddy, you really can't see anything. They try to tell you that your oil would've been cleaner if you had your fuel lines and jets cleaned. Not sure how that equates? Won't be back. I thought Tony was quite rude interrupting us when he didn't hear the whole conversation. Jerry has done a lot of work for me recently and I appreciate his honesty. The employees are friendly they did their job as expected I just expect a certain level of reliability with every visit and for my car to be thoroughly inspected every time and another thing I would like mention is that when they installed my new tires they entered the wrong car information so I would also appreciate it if they would be more accurate and thorough to make sure they get the right car information before putting brand new tires on.

Another plus is this place does not feel too "corporate". It's clean but not overly sparkled up for show, and unlike Jiffy Lube I've never been asked to buy multiple extra services before paying.

I related to the woman that it had been roughly 50,000 miles since I last had my transmission fluid and coolant flushed and replaced and that I would like a quote for this service. Instead of being asked the usual questions regarding my vehicle, my inquiry was rebuffed with a terse "we don't do that because we don't wanna break your motor". Stunned, I replied that perhaps I misunderstood exactly what the meaning of the phrase "complete auto care" meant. Her response was equally as curious (again, I'm not making this up) "unless we've worked on your motor before we can't work on it now". In the interest of time, I skipped the opportunity to point out the logical inconsistency of her last statement and thanked her for not wanting to "break my motor". Szeech...
