5 Stars - Truly Outstanding Work!…read more I recently had the front of my home painted by Ryan Holloway Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The crew was led by Antonio, who brought a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that you just don't see often these days. What really stood out was how family-oriented and well-coordinated the entire team was. They showed up on time, worked with precision and care, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They didn't just slap on a coat of paint -- they power-washed, repaired wood, sealed, chalked, and even cleaned my front porch without being asked. It literally looks like the day I moved in over 20 years ago! The quality of their work is exceptional, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the level of excellence they delivered. Ryan's team is now my go-to crew for ANY home projects going forward. Thank you Ryan, Antonio, and the entire team -- Stay Blessed!

Did not respond to request for confirmation until an hour before the job and said he texted the wrong number asking for the address. I sent him a screenshot of our previous conversation where I gave him that info. He then said they were on another job but would be there as soon as they were done. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.

He was pretty quick in messaging me back on the app giving reasonable pricing ( offering a flat rate with tools + assembly), and I was able to get a call back within the same day. We were able to set an appointment for next day early in the morning which worked out perfectly. He was on time, extremely quiet for someone using a drill + I live on the second floor of my apartment. Within a few hours of requesting a quote Scott was able to come by personally to walk the fence and help answer any questions I had. The crew was incredible professional, clean and very nice. I knew I would need to replace the fence before it fell down completely, but I underestimated what an incredible job Premier Fence would do and how much the entire look of my yard would be elevated.
