We also incurred several hundred dollars in additional charges throughout the process. After weeks of coordinating, they canceled the installation an hour before the appointment not once, but twice. You would expect the second attempt to be handled better, but it wasn't. After that second last-minute cancellation, we requested a refund. It has now been over a month, and we still have not received our money back, nor have we received any meaningful communication or updates from them. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been unbelievable. At this point, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

They took a 50% deposit from us upfront and after failing to preform on multiple occasions we asked for our deposit to be refunded. The refund took weeks and weeks of us consistently following up with little to no communication back, and when we finally did receive it... The check bounced!! The owner lied to us multiple times though the process regarding the ordering of the cabinets, "the check is in the mail", "we will be sending it this week" and so on. I highly suggest not using solid advantage

They reviewed and fixed everything both they and I found. They did exactly what they said they would do and then some. They found additional issues that I wasn't aware of. Jim the owner as well as his help were very personable and understood my objectives. I would not hesitate to retain Renopro for any work around my home and would highly recommend you do the same.

It's a small kitchen and should have taken no more than 2-3 weeks of work. Not including the wait for new cabinets. He worked for 4 months, draging the project out until we fired him. In all that time he removed the cabinets and drywall put up new drywall, and painted one coat. There were days he worked just a few hours. He does not have a crew, but seems to hire young kids, day laborers. One damaged our stove during the demolition. He used so many screws to put up the new drywall that the wall looked like it was riddled with a machine gun. Sometimes he would not show up for days with no explanation or a call.. He also took a week off for vacation. There are many more details of our dissatisfaction, but suffice it to say, I can not recommend him for even a small project.

I'm sure Cale (our builder) will love to hear how you boast a lifetime warranty but then deny your own work after the fact. I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

But the work covered on the estimate wasn't the total we'd discussed and he promised to send a revised estimate. Never showed up. I tried contacting to see what was up but never heard anything back. So, I can't comment on the quality of the work, since nothing was done, but I can't give a particularly good recommendation when the follow-through of the owner is so disappointing. Since 2/5 is described as "Could've been better" and my experience absolutely could have been better, that's what I'll be going with.

Six months later a crack showed up along what is obviously a joint between wallboard sections. Called the company and they did not initially respond. On a second call I was told that the company was not responsible, there was no guarantee and our only option was to repaint at full cost. They would not come and look. Recently we decided to change some wall mounted light fixtures. When we tried to remove the old ones we discovered they hadn't been removed during the painting, just painted around. The new fixtures we had purchased would have left unpainted surfaces showing and the whole wall would need repainting I would not use this company again and would advise anyone using to check the work thoroughly.

So far, I have had no issue with quality of work, but only time will tell. However, I have had a lot of difficulty communicating with them as a business during both the estimation phase and the work phase. Phone calls go unreturned, promised return phone calls never happen, and sometimes people just don't show up. My biggest issue was with some carpentry work to repair rotten boards and trim in preparation for pressure washing and painting of the exterior of the house. They refused to give me any estimates for the work we discussed, they used very expensive materials in the repairs instead of the same materials that were being repaired, did not notify me about this or give me a choice, they were slow in doing the repairs and charged me way more labor hours than it should have taken. Their labor hours even included their lunch breaks. In the end, I was handed an invoice that was far beyond my expectations. Trying to negotiate a reasonable discount of 20% was like talking to a brick wall. Be very careful in dealing with Corriveau Painting and get estimates.

Our design required a frost wall with concrete floor. Everything went fine at first, site-work, excavation and foundation were OK. The sunroom build seemed to go quickly and the three walls were completed as work ended one day. The next day Saturday, was windy and the three walls colapsed. The glass is tempered and very strong and we were lucky nothing broke but some of the framework was bent. I asked the builder to ensure no damaged pieces were used to rebuild the wall, he said this would not happen, more on the later. When the room was completed we loved it! Nice and bright and far better than the screen room but on rainy day it leaked, badly. One corner leaked so much I had to shop-vac the water up. We called Classic Sunrooms back and they sent their guys out. They started to caulk all the seams. This didn't work and looked horrible! The leaking continued every time it rained. Later, I got a call from the sub-contractor who did the foundation work and also poured the floor, asking if we were satisfied with his work. I said we were, the floor was flat and level with no cracks. He said that he still was not paid for his work and called me because he didn't want to put a lien on our house for the money owed. Holy cow! I paid Classic Sunrooms in October for the site-work and this was now January. I tried to contact Classic Sunrooms by calles, emails and certified mail, without a responce. I took a portion of the money owed Classic Sunrooms and paid the concrete guy directly. This made me realize that Classic Sunrooms business practices were not the most stellar. The leaking went on for a year and a half before they finally took the leaking sections apart and reassembled them.So much water had leaked for so long that the floor heaved up which required a separate concrete guy to fix. We still love the design and the produce but I would use the guys is Massachusetts to install this product.
