Initially, I was upset at Unlimited Removal. They didn't come on time, a second appointment was made (through the contractor I hired), they idled outside my house for an hour in an unmarked truck without knocking. Eventually, I went out and did the awkward "Hey... can I help you?" thing (pretty sure it was for boiler removal, but not completely?), and then I was kind of pissed off because they said they were waiting for the contractor I hired (Addario's Services) to show up, when I hadn't heard anything about that. THEN I found out what happened. Addario's was complete crap at coordinating multiple parties. Unlimited Removal wasn't getting the right times for the appointment. Addario's told them to wait for someone to come out to disconnect the boiler first (even though it was already disconnected), which is why they were in front of my house for so long -- waiting for someone who was never coming. They were really just doing the best they possibly could with the information and mixed messages they were given. Once everything was straightened out, they worked quickly and efficiently at the job. Because of the pandemic, they wore gloves, well-fitted KN95 masks, and booties. They were super nice, friendly and really went above and beyond with sweeping and cleaning up the construction mess in the basement. I never thought that something as mundane as "boiler removal" could leave me pleasantly surprised -- but I was really blown away by their professionalism and the quality of their work! Only reservation -- I was still a little weirded out by the unmarked tractor trailer truck idling right outside my house on a quiet side street for an hour. They probably could have done more to contact the company once it was clear they weren't showing up, or maybe let me know who they were or why they were there. They were reading in the cab and maybe time got away from them :) Not a big deal all things considered, and, like I said -- it was really screwed up communication they were dealing with!

I had them fix a leak in my sink and that cost me 500 bucks then my kitchen drain had a leak then the guy tried to charged me 600 bucks and which I ended up shopping around and found 2 other plumbers who wanted 300 and 175 to fix the drain. I just realized last week that a job they had initially completed for me was not completed correctly. The man is very disrespectful and was bad mouthing me to my tenant when I send him pictures of the tub leak that he had fixed 16 months ago. The apartment key that I gave him was never returned back to me. When I told him I didn't need his service due to the fact that I found someone else that could do it for less than half of his asking price he got very upset and was very rude. AGAIN ALL OF THIS IS IN WRITING IN CASE ANYONE WANTS TO DISPUTE THIS. They are very pricey plumbers and they seemed very nice at first but at the end I found out they were very unprofessional. Dumpster was delivered approximately 1/3 full with the existing trash positioned in a way that…read moreblocked access. My crew had to spend valuable time on a tight schedule manually moving someone else's garbage, which was unsanitary and included mixed debris such as household waste and even topsoil (documented in photos). This created unnecessary labor and delay on our end. I raised this directly with both the driver and the owner who provided no acknowledgment of the issue, the added labor and disruption. Despite being notified, no resolution or accountability was offered. Edit post owner's response: Second image was provided by the owner himself showing all the garbage they brought to me from another location. First image with the tailgate open is a shot which includes a chair and two cardboard boxes that were thrown in by the driver from the first dumpster that was picked up. (This was dumpster number two from them). Owner has made zero effort in addressing the partially filled dumpster when our expectations were an empty dumpster. I was charged an additional fee of $155 for items that I have no knowledge of two weeks after the last dumpster was picked up. If you order a dumpster from these guys, be on notice you may receive a partially filled dumpster which to them, is perfectly acceptable... also, they'll store your CC info and bill for any additional fees they find suitable.
