The prices for service is quite high and the quality is quite low. Gunderson ruined an expensive jacket, shirt and two of my husband's shirts. Items came back stating "best they could do" but the items didn't have stains or issues until their cleaning products left blue stains everywhere. The jacket was destroyed with whatever chemicals they used. A cashmere jacket came back looking like boiled wool with the sleeves two inches shorter and the inside lining ruined. I would NOT bring anything of value to be cleaned here. Buyer beware. read more

I brought in a baptismal dress that I paid $19.99 for and I asked for a basic cleaning and they charged me $61.02. Never again! Less than 5 years ago they charged $16.02. I questioned if it was a typo and they said no. They offered me a small credit towards future use. I don't even want to go back when they pull that. I want a refund and maybe I'll revise this review and give them another chance. read more

I took material in to make lab coats in May to be made as I have had some made in the past. I was told it would be July because of Prom alterations which I had no concerns about. September comes along and I heard nothing. So I go in to check and they did not seem to know anything about my order. Then come to find out that their seamstress went part time and they tell me they cannot fill my order after waiting four months. I don't blame the seamstress as she did a fine job last time. But as a business, you suck. In business, your word is your bond. Not sure what kind of business your running but that is very poor service. If there were no stars. I'd give you that. read more

RIPPED OFF !!!! They are so overpriced. It's a joke Took 5 shirts in to be LAUNDERED. Told them only to launder. Pick them up today. They charged me for 3 of them $10.18 A SHIRT!!! For a total of $32.07 for the 3 shirts and then $8.08 for the other 2 (laundered) Grand Total $40.55 They said we followed the instructions on the shirt I guess they don't listen to the customer's instructions!!! I took 2 smaller area rugs in for dry cleaning here. I have never had to take rugs in for dry cleaning before. And it has been years since I have taken clothing in, other than in my small hometown. I'll start off by saying the staff here seems very friendly. But, I'm frustrated with the service. I took in 2 small area rugs to be dry cleaned. I was originally quoted $42 per rug. After discussing with my other half, I kindly told the lady that I was not interested, instead I would go purchase new rugs. (Each rug was originally $60) She came back with a new quote saying she could do one for half off. We accepted that offer, and waited the 2 weeks for the pair to be ready. Today when I picked my rugs up, my total was $97 and some change. ($42+$21=$63) It was a different lady from the one who quoted me and after explaining to her that we were told one would be half price, she reluctantly obliged. My new total was $67. How nice! Except, before I walked out of the cleaners, I was looking at my rolled up rugs, which were tightly wrapped in plastic, and I could see that there was still dirt, pieces of wood shavings (don't ask how these got there), and fuzz on them. I showed her, questioned her, asked what the process is on cleaning these rugs--they are sort of shaggy--and she was unable to answer. She insisted that I take them home, roll them out, look them over, and if I don't like the results to bring them back in and they will send them back to the "guy" for another cleaning. In my book, it was unacceptable to see all the fuzz and dirt even through the plastic wrap! They are still rolled up, I don't even want to open them and lay them out. Why didn't I insist on leaving them there and sending them back for a re-cleaning? I don't know! By this time is was over it, and just wanted the get out of there. read more

I stated I was quoted $20, and the price was honored, but I don't like that the pricing changes, and isn't documented on a receipt when order is brought in! knowing a little bit about the company i know the manager can't speak to any of his employees in the back area and has to use a translator to talk to them due to them being hispanic. they don't care about the employees and they don't have stable hours because they have to finish all the laundry and steaming. some people have to work 12 hours days. the people that do the delivery have to use an old beat up truck to travel throughout central Wisconsin that they don't care to replace or fix. read more
