I never write negative reviews about local businesses but I feel led to share what happened when…read moreused this place. I dropped off 7 shirts to be laundered and was quoted $35.00 to have them done. Super expensive I thought but the times are what they are. I returned to pickup my shirts and was charged over $50.00 to get them back. I questioned the cost and was told it was because they were some fancy fabric. Ok,well it is what it is. I got home and opened my plastic covers to find shirts the looked like they had been fluffed up in the dryer. I was and really still am furious. No noticeable starch to speak of. I was also angered at the attitude of the employee during our two interactions. I will never ever go back to that Neenah business and would encourage others to stay away as well unless somebody fixes their very poor customer experience. I hope they get it turned around soon.
