This business is completely a disgrace for "believers in Christ." They are a fraudulent, dishonest, money crazed company that I am completely ashamed to have done business with. Back in December of 2015 I went ahead and purchased a firearm, things were fine- however the sales associates were unprofessional and rude. I shrugged it off because frankly I don't care, I was just wanting to purchase my Christmas gift to myself. Well today on March 28th of 2016, me and my wife decided that my birthday is in two days and why not get some things that I wanted to have as a project. I went in to purchase a lower receiver and parts to make my own gun, I dealt with the same rude sales people- (I would ask questions and their responses looked as if I was bothering them, they would ignore my questions, and not to mention it was followed by eye rolling.) Maybe they are tired employees but they had no sense of customer service. Again, I'm there just to do business and buy what I want(some advice as a business owner myself- customer service, and customer rapport is a number one and crucial part of business.) Anyways back on track; The sale associate that was trying to up-sell me by rudely saying in a condescending tone "is that it" Each time I added a piece to buy was obviously anxious for his sale. I was ready to purchase the items and had an ID that was old and damaged (that I wasn't even sure they would accept) because I lost my other ID that they indeed had on file from three months ago. They gave me a run around and ultimately accepted my ruined ID, charged my card for the full amount, and I was told that I just needed to sign my paper work. I did so. When it came to leaving with my items they said they needed another proof of address (after the fact of running my card). My damaged ID address is different then the one I am currently at for the moment. I have two homes that I bounce back and forth with. I was wanting to obviously put my address down of the home that I am at right now, and like I stated before; they have a copy of my original ID on file. I provided proof- insurance, water, electric bills, my lease, my tax forms, employment documentation, social, birth certificate, ect. They would not accept a single document even though three months ago I was here and they have my ID on file and I have an immense amount of proof stating that I live at that address. I was told that I needed a state document "not federal" to prove that I live where I do. They suggested a state fishing license or to go to the DMV. Just FYI- to get a state document you must provide federal documentation, you may at times even have to provide utility bills. This is not where my entire problem with them came into an effect- I can accept the ID being my fault however I should have been aware of the issue at stake instead of being charged so someone could get a sale and then told I would not be able to take my hundreds of dollars of purchased items with me after the fact. They approved everything and charged me before this even came to light. I told them that I was not going to purchase something, approved for it, and then they some how keep my items even though the paper work was done and accepted because they made a faulty mistake. At this point I was so frustrated I just wanted a return (mind you I never even got the items handed to me in a bag) I was told they are keeping $50 to refund me my money. I absolutely refused to pay it, I never even had the items in my hand much less even in my line of sight. The manager argued and tried to bring up a point that entailed him rationalizing the fact that I was at fault for filling out paper work and purchasing the items first- somehow that is my fault for their unorganized sequence of events, because I thought I was receiving products that I paid for and got approved for. I was told to pay for the items first before the paper work even got approved. This company is completely unethical, fraudulent, and they possess major integrity issues! I got fed up and request to speak with the owner because at this point I wanted to take my business somewhere else and wanted my money refunded and I was not going to pay some fee for their screw up. The woman who is an owner refunded the money without the fee, and she seemed pleasant until she had the audacity to make a comment after she finished the transaction. She started to say "make sure you get that address changed because trying to buy a firearm with a license that doesn't have my current info could get me ten years in prison. And the ATF is not very friendly." I just wanted to get out of there and not argue. First off they knew from the beginning that my license was an old one with an old address, and they had my current ID on file. DO NOT BELIVE THEIR 5 star reviews on google, they were at 2 now they're at almost 5, After this incident they've been asking people to give 5 stars everyday since, THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS IN EL PASO HANDS DOWN !!!!!! From accusing INNOCENT paying customers to the STORE OWNER SHOOTING A MAN IN THE BACK ! To harassing customers on instagram ‼‼STAY AWAY‼‼now I've been here a hand full of times & every single time they had a garbage attitudes, the guys act like they're on their PERIODS, they offer no help & no service, my last visit me & my girlfriend get treated like absolute trash, I get chased out the store buy 2 men, I left the front entrance like any other store, casually walking & talking, got all the way across to the next building where we parked, we walk to the car, I got up to behind the trunk, these 2 men one white stashed up & another balding Hispanic looking guy, with noticeable guns that were holstered, & the Hispanic guys hand on his, screaming HEY, HEY !!! Then accusing me of taking a box of ammo came out yelling, approached me, about 3-5 feet away, me confused turning around thinking who is yelling at us ? I turn around & see 2 guys in dark clothing screaming you have to pay for that box over & over, I then said what box ? I don't have anything, so I put my hands out & up since I saw he had his gun & partner behind him, treating me like a thief, AS IF they were ready to shoot me for their box they accused me of stealing, when he ran out on us, i could've pulled out either one of my guns on them thinking something was going to happen to us ! but they ran out so fast i had no time to react when he was already behind us, So when I realized what he was accusing me of, I told him that I put it back, & he gave me an ugly look up & down, moving his mustache side to side, so he calmed down a bit & retreated to the corner of the store, & we got into the car confused & shocked at what happened asking ourselves if that was real ? I then noticed they were still starring at us standing by the building, me assuming they were waiting for us to leave, I decided to start backing out & they run behind the car taking video or pictures of the license plate, so I got mad & parked again, because they were still blaming me for stealing !!!! after telling them I did nothing wrong, so I look to see what they're doing & they run inside & start recording us from the window of the building, so we called the cops, to cover ourselves & prove we did not steal anything, so they came after like 5 minutes, one cop patted me down & took my statement, while the other cop took my girlfriend's statement & the employee's statements inside as well, they end up searching the car & my bag I was wearing, proving we had nothing to hide & I was innocent the whole time, So in retaliation The owner then posted a video of a picture of me from their surveillance camera of me browsing the store, with a effect of my head singing to a baby song, called baby shark, mocking & bullying me implying I am a baby, In the caption of the video they put, Who is this guy?!!, asking the public on their account to figure out my name, not sure as a treat or for what reason, especially since the police had already investigated & proved our innocence of their false allegations The next day they posted 2 new pictures of me & my girlfriend, one is of us causally walking out the front door of the building the day of the incident, with music & effects making us dance, mocking & harassing us, the second one is my profile picture from another account doing the same thing with music mocking me, with strangers in the comments saying mean things since they keep posting our faces on their social media Without any context, making us look bad for absolutely nothing Then then put out part of the surveillance videos of us shopping & cutting it to look as if I took something, everyone commenting how we got caught & the store owner not correcting then till a day or 2 later that we had put it back, We're sadly being harassed & mocked by a business ! that we have made several purchases before, of 9mm & 7.62 before we have recipes & evidence of our innocence, as do they, but still they continue to treat us poorly due to the lack of accountability & professionalism as a business, they only show want to show proof that they did not have their weapons drawn, that is their main concern? Really good selection. Value is so-so but hey, they need to make money too. But then I tried their gunsmithing service. I brought my mothers Taurus revolver in for cleaning. I had done simple cleaning on it from taking the grip off and what came out easily. I told them that since she had lived in the desert for years and hardly cleaned it, it needed some tlc that I was not qualified to give, and that it could still fire. I asked if they could take it apart and clean it. I was charged over $180 up front. They had it for a week. When I got it back it was still gritty and I had trouble getting ammo into it, so I decided to check inside to see how it looked. What I could see, looked like when I gave it to them. So I decided to look at it deeper. I disassembled it completely to see why it felt gritty. I took pictures so I could put it back together. I was unsatisfied with the condition it was in. To make sure it wasn't just wipe-away grit I wiped it down, then I scrubbed away some light rust that was easy to get to after doing a simple gunsmith disassembly. See the pics. Those were taken after I got it back. There are some for after I took it completely apart wiped it down and scrubbed the rust. I even did more and took the springs off the rods to get at some minor rust on those. It took me less than 5 hours to completely take it apart, wipe, scrub, wipe, oil and reassemble it. Probable closer to 2 hours (even with learning how to completely dis, and reassemble it) because I kept getting interrupted and also having to rest my hands due to pain from arthritis, which is the reason I took it in in the first place). When I took it in to complain I got several responses: It had been taken apart and cleaned. It was put in a hydrosonic scrubber. It was test fired and it worked. When it was test fired that probably knocked sand loose from the grip. It felt gritty after they put it back together. I showed the picture I took and asked the guy, "If you paid that much would you be happy with the service it had been given?" He responded "yes." Apparently they don't care for guns much or take pride in their work. So I ask them and anybody else who knows anything else about firearms: Why was there still that much sand in it? Why didn't they "clean it" a second time after they fired it "if" it was that gritty after test-firing it again? (or after a third cleaning if it had been gritty still after another test fire.) Would you really be happy with this cleaning? I'm wondering if anyone that isn't working at, or personal friends with anyone working at the store would be. So to tie up this review. Go there. Buy guns. Buy Accessories. Do not go in for repairs or for service to your personal firearms if you care about them. Their waiver for no warranties on repairs or cleaning stuff like that is there for a reason. Also be wary of buying used guns because checking to see if they are actually in a good condition is probably not high on their priority list. read more

In continuation of Moroni's and my post; Do you know what? The ATF is also not "friendly" with a fraudulent company submitting documents saying that I will now be in possession of a firearm that I purchase and yet they didn't even get my official "state proof documentation" and I am sure the ATF wouldn't have been aware. Not to mention I don't believe they would have accepted my ID that was damaged to begin with. In conclusion the BBB, I am sure wouldn't be in support either of a company charging for goods that were never given to a customer and then charging them some ridiculous fee for a return. I am concerned with how they do business, knowing now that they have a serious integrity issue- If I was to leave a weapon that I paid for at the company until I provide my address by "state proof" Documentation, who knows- they could have someone like an employee take my weapon and use it on someone (God forbid) and I would have been held responsible most likely. I am completely worried now because they possess all my info including my social and I just hope their integrity and dishonesty does not lead them to ever make any more mistakes, since now I feel like my security may be at stake with an unprofessional establishment like this one. Do yourself a favor and find a better establishment to do business with. Go somewhere else that has respectful and pleasant people to deal with, a place with no fees or at least justifiable fees, and a place that stands for what they claim to believe in. I promise you this place has nothing special to offer, their prices are high and their customer service is disgraceful. Just a side note, If you own a business that represents God, then you should act like it. Don't rip people off and do fraudulent transactions. Don't have such rude people represent your business with such passive aggressive actions and disrespectful attitudes. I recently visited Gun Central with high expectations, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying a long weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed that the store was busy, which I understood, so I didn't mind waiting to be helped initially. However, my frustration began when there was an issue with my purchase. The receipt on their end showed that I hadn't been charged, even though I was certain the transaction had gone through. I waited patiently for nearly an hour while they attempted to resolve the issue. During this time, I had to call my bank, which confirmed that I had indeed been charged. What was particularly disappointing was the way the situation was handled. Not only did I witness an employee being yelled at by a colleague in front of customers, which is unacceptable in any professional setting, but the manager also failed to apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Instead, they simply told me I was "good to go" and brushed me off as if my time wasn't valuable. Having held multiple management positions myself, I know that customer service is paramount, especially when things go wrong. A simple apology or a small gesture like a discount would have gone a long way in rectifying the situation, but none was offered. I've always had positive experiences at Gun Central in the past, which is why this incident was so disappointing. Until I receive some form of acknowledgment or apology from management, I don't plan on returning. Very impressive place here in El Paso..Place is very clean and well staffed ..I see a few haterz commenting about the Motorcycle store here but the good twin is running this store not the brother who started this feud and lost..Cream always rises to the top !! Its always nice to say good things rather a few will hate on his success..I was surprised to what Mike has done with this store and always saw sale items..I was greeted with a smile expected from a wonderful christian values with high standards from employees..Sure was impressed by free range for women..Police ..Military and ofcourse the biker community all welcomed as i saw it was packed with military personnel..Giving back to the community as Mike has always done and giving to the homeless is something a good christian does with just the reward of helping..Nice to see the blessings being shared here with this store and giving back to El Paso and its family of who have this passion for weapons..So if your seeking a wonderful place to relax have coffee ..donuts or just some water this is the place that caters to all not just those who want a great weapon and internet pricing..5 stars should be 10!! So i go here to try to trade a Star PD .45 i hardly use for credit towards a Sig p938, see. I notice they also have a similar used PD.45 on the shelf for $800 so i mistakenly believe mine will at least net me enough for the tax on the Sig, right? Totally WRONG! The guy disappears for a while to check if its hot and comes back with a ludicrous offer of $25. $25?!! What do i look like, Gomer Pyle??
