We found Bob (super helpful older gentleman) inside the pro shop. He helped us get our membership set up and gave us all kinds of useful information. He's definitely the guy to talk to if you have a question about anything it seems. The pro shop is small but packed with tons of awesome stuff. Everything you might need (or want) is in here. You could spend quite a bit of time discovering all the cool stuff (not speaking from experience or anything). ;) We did not eat at the bar/food area, so I cannot speak to that. The bathrooms were minimalist and clean. Overall, the place seems pretty decent. I will update my review after using the range a few times.

When we got to Cabela's they had someone at the front who points you where you need to go which was helpful. The person who helped us with the binoculars was obviously very knowledgeable. He showed us different models, explained the differences, and more. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of binoculars you get. I got a good pair that I've been very happy with so far. When we were checking out, we asked the cashier for a food recommendation and he said Carnitas Queretaro, which ended up being super good.

As a 28-year Navy Veteran and current high school teacher, I was treated like a criminal during a recent online order pickup.I arrived to pick up a shotgun and a pistol that I had already purchased online. I presented my receipt, ticket number, and debit card for verification. The transaction was handled by an elderly employee wearing a black mask. This employee demonstrated severe cognitive difficulties, repeatedly losing his pencil, misplacing my ID, and completely disappearing for 20 minutes. The entire process took over two hours.Despite successfully passing the federal background check, signing all paperwork, and verifying the serial numbers, the employee ultimately refused to release my firearms. His only justification was that I verbally confirmed I bought a shotgun and a pistol--the exact items on my receipt. When I escalated the issue to the store manager, Karla, she blindly sided with the employee's irrational decision instead of correcting the situation.This behavior is completely unacceptable, counterproductive, and disrespectful to law-abiding citizens and veterans. I request an immediate investigation into this store's management, the termination of the employees involved, and a resolution regarding my paid merchandise.
