I asked what test do I need as this was my first appointment and had never been seen, she said an ultrasound and said to have a seat, I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes when my cell rang it was a guy from USA Vein calling to see if I was coming!! Told him I was sitting in the waiting room, he hung up saying he would let the doctor know, waited another hour heard no more from anyone or see anyone so I got up and left!!!

They had messaged my phone three or four times a day for a week confirming this appointment, but didn't have the decency to cancel the appointment if they were closing at 4. Then when I arrived for appointment #2, they said the sonogram lady wasn't there. At appointment #3 they said the sonogram lady was overbooked and to see the Dr., which was useless without the sonogram. He turned on a video and left the room. The fourth appointment the sonogram lady spent 15 minutes checking my veins, and I was told there was nothing wrong with me. They recieved $1200 from my insurence company for 15 minutes. I paid my copays before I left the office, now they say they have no record of my payments and want $155. They had a bunch of excuses why they couldn't give me a reciept. They cost me $200 in lost wages to go to their poorly run, stinky, hole in the wall with inadequate parking. They are now calling 4 - 5 times a week harrassing me for money, after they stole my co-pays and committed insurence fraud by charging for all those useless office visits. They are nothing but thieves and liars.

I'll probably leave this same review for all the locations. I knew I needed testosterone therapy because a doctor told me I did almost ten years prior when I was only in my 20's. The only reason I never went through with it was because that most places didn't take insurance and even if they did, it was still super expensive. One place quoted me 150 for the initial visit, 500 for the labs, 150 for the lab reading visit so I would be out of pocket $800 without even knowing if they would take me as a patient. Then the treatment was 200 every two weeks. It was going to cost a fortune and I was out of luck so I suffered in silence for the last ten years, looking pale and frail and unhappy and losing bone density and getting health issues. Then I found C4MH and it was only $40 for the labs and first appointment combined and the treatment was only $65 every two weeks. What I would have paid for just ONE months treatment at another facility, covers my costs for the entire year at C4MH. I started treatment and it's only been 2 months and I'm a completely different person. I feel younger and more hopeful and I have a great relationship with my family and I'm able to finish all those projects I started but didn't complete. I look amazing and I feel amazing and so I felt it was only right to pay it back and write these guys a nice review. If you're hesitant on whether to start TRT, my suggestion is, just try it. See if it's for you, and if not, no big deal - at least you won't be THOUSANDS of dollars into it like these other places wanna charge. I've turned so many people onto it and they're all so grateful. This company really cracked the code and makes it so easy. No long waits in a waiting room. You come in for your injections at your leisure, every two weeks, at one of their locations which are everywhere around here!! I feel like myself again and I'm glad I did this.

About two weeks ago my mom was admitted after a stroke and everyone from the ER triage nurses to the people delivering meal trays were just so nice, helpful and patient with my mother and kept our family up to date with things regarding her health. Since we spent a few long days at the hospital we were given a cart with tea, coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, fruit and snacks every day that were were there. That was completely unexpected and so appreciated. I especially appreciate the nurses in the Neuro ICU unit and the nurses in the third floor comfort care unit. Their compassion and was incredible especially since such an awful time in our lives. They have a DD downstairs in the lobby and a cafeteria where the food actually isn't bad at all. They even provide meals free of charge sent to the patient's room if you want.

My barely 25‑year‑old daughter, Taylor, died after what multiple independent physicians and an…read moreautopsy have confirmed was reckless medical negligence and neglect in an HCA Florida Hospital where she was taken after being rear‑ended at a red light. Her internal bleeding went undiagnosed for about eight hours despite glaring signs. Once imaging was finally ordered and active internal bleeding was confirmed, surgery was delayed for roughly seven more hours. In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in an improper way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that was improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. But, if you take into consideration the amazing amount of hoops you have to jump through, the incredible amount of red tape you have to endure, the 2,3, and sometimes 4 hour wait times, rude phone receptionists, and dirty surroundings it adds up to a lot. Living in the disgusting state of Florida and having a mental illness or being born with a birth defect does not qualify you for any type of insurance so you are expected to be able to perform everything a "normal" person would to obtain what they have to offer and, like I said, it's a "1" out of a scale of 1-10 as far as quality of service. But beggars can't be choosers, right? On the positive side, some of the staff employed there are very kind and helpful.

The x-rays were blurry, and they stated that I needed to sign consent for a "Hugging blanket" the next time she would have X-rays. They called me back in for her exam because she was crying and wanted to go home, the doctor/dentist never addressed me, and they became abrasive and wouldn't let me walk into the room with my nine-year-old son for his exam. He was fine being by himself, but she wasn't. The front desk staff and and cashier were amazing, but the hygienist and dentist who cared for my daughter did not seem to care about my child's emotional needs at all. I will not be going back.

His staff is very courteous and pleasant in the office is spotless. The waiting time was within 15 minutes of my check-in. When discussing my needs and my pain level the doctor actually listened to my needs and desires to relieve this pain without loading me up on a whole bunch of pain medications. He listened to my history of what I had gone through with pain and also the way my pain management was being cared for in the past and understood what I was looking for for my present and future which was not to be put on tons of medications and to have the proper procedures done. He is a very good listener and very understanding. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to go through my insurance and schedule a procedure literally within 2 weeks of my appointment time which was last week and I have a procedure scheduled already next week. Now I have had that particular procedure done many years ago in a doctor's office with absolutely no anesthesia or sedative of any kind and trust me when I say it is painful but this doctor uses a Surgery Center so that my comfort level is being considered and also in a professional setting with nurses doctors and anesthesiologists in the past it was just done in an office with assistance from office staff not nursing but I did what I had to do at the time to relieve pain but it was also excruciatingly painful to have that procedure done which I have had a few times over the past 10 to 15 years. I did not want to change doctors I guess I had a loyalty thing in my head but my daughter has been seeing this doctor for a couple years and I've been with her on her appointments and I have been very impressed by this doctor so I finally made the decision to change doctors and I'm very glad I did. So I give him a five out of five stars and would recommend Bay area pain Management with Dr Thai Le.
