Procedure is very painful, and I think a lot of my hair loss is with I used the roller used to maintain therapy at home. Do not waste your money, some $12,000 plus for this procedure. After much back and forth, NSI agreed to refund me $6000 and change within 30 days. That did not happen. It wasn't until I threaten legal action did I receive a check. It was quiet thank goodness, I was received cheerfully and admitted right away, I asked each caretaker their name but have forgotten some, The admitting nurse was amazing and kind, I remember she had dark hair and nice lashes and a cool script tat on her left arm. My attending nurse, Judith, (same name as my mom's, irony) was fantastic, calm, kind, nurturing. She took fantastic care of me and did not treat me like I was a hindrance. I want to say, Emily?, she took me to xray and was great and we had a nice chat about water shoes, Ecuador and earthing, there was another who did the administrative (long black hair and pretty eyes, she was cool too. I remember she had cool flower tats on her arm. Even the security guard at the entrance was super cool. The attending dr, was nice, kind and had a great bedside manner, not something I am used to from er drs. Ooh there was also a nice nurse who did my ekg. Overall despite being there under scary-ish circumstances w/super hi bp from crazy hip/back pain and stress, they made me feel welcome and cared for. The whole facility was nice, clean and modern. Every care worker in the halls, while i was being moved around was kind. It was a nice calming energy for a place that see lots of trauma and stress. So yes this is the first time I am giving 5 stars not only to TGH but an er. I am grateful for how kind and respectful the entire staff was to me yesterday, New Year's eve, when everyone should be allowed to rest w/fam & friends and bring in the new year with joy. Thank you. No matter where you guys and ladies go you'll find this. Is it busy here at this Macdill AFB Clinic? Oh you bet especially the morning or mid afternoon time this place is jammed pack with patients picking up or dropping off prescriptions, waiting for X-rays, blood work, or see the doctor on site. My father hasn't yet seen a doctor here or had any test done which is a great but we have been both told that the wait time could get timely depends on the doctor, test and etc. Best advice is come early and see if they can get you in for whatever you may need.

Wow, my wife showed up a few weeks early to make a new patient appointment. She spent about a half…read morehour filling out the forms, then turned them in to the receptionist so she wouldn't have to fill them out on appointment day. Now, a few weeks later, we come back for our appointment and the forms she filled out are gone. They think they were shredded. Why would they ask her to spend her time to fill them out if they were just going to throw them away? And then now, as she's filling out the forms on the iPad "kiosk", she stops to look up some of the information they're asking for and the device logs her off, erasing everything that she's entered up to that point. And the staff can't help because the device didn't save anything, so they ask her to fill it all out AGAIN. Now, things happen, and how the staff deals with customers goes a long way to how the patients react to these things. The staff here is very rude. Even when they apologize, you can hear the disdain in their voice. If you don't want to work here, then don't. But don't take it out on the patients. That's not a way to stay in business.
