I got print outs of what I needed to do at home with pictures and before leaving, I scheduled all 6 weeks that was on my script but was also asked when I would see my doctor again so if more was needed we could have them all set as well. My son is an athlete, we were looking for speedy and effective therapy options with a sports focus. Each time I have came here, I have had great and timely service from the front desk, nurses, aids and the doctors. One thing I really love about this practice is that they have their own blood work area so you don't have to go to another location for that part of your process. This is convenient and saves on time with waiting. Though I hope my time visiting this office comes to an end sooner than later, it is not because I haven't been taken care of by everyone I have had an encounter with.

The guy who did my valet demanded an immediate tip upon arrival even though it was clear I was having an emergency and didn't immediately have time to tip him until I was done in the hospital. Once I got my car back (that I purchased 10 days ago in pristine condition) I offered to tip him but he said no it's fine and scurried into the hospital. I did think it was a little odd he didn't want the tip anymore. Once I got into my car it was clear why. He completely destroyed every single seat in my car by pouring something all over the seats that smelled so foul that an officer thought it was feces. Not only is my new car stained and toxic smelling, but he also decided to pour this foul smelling matter onto my son's brand new bouncer I had in the front passenger seat. I've made a police report because we can't get the smell out of anything or remove the wet stains all over my car and because of my pregnancy I threw up with the all the windows down the whole way home. My experience at this hospital was so traumatic and vial all due the valet service. Crazy right. I haven't been able to drive my car since bc we are seeking professional detailing of the entire car to get rid of the smell. I cannot emphasize enough on how strong and vial the Oder is.

Took three people to stick me and I never had problems with anybody sticking me ever. One of the phlebotomist pulled the needle without putting any gauze over the needle. I told the third one to go in my hand because I was tired of being stuck and he got it. It's pretty bad you gotta tell a phlebotomist where to stick you at ! My arm is very sore and black and blue. The phlebotomists need to go back into training and learn to treat patients with care !

WE TRAVEL 45 MINUTES IF ANY BODY IN MY FAMILY / IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY. The EMERGENCY ROOM is very well organized If you're admitted. The PEOPLE ARE SUPERIOR TO NONE! Ten . IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SOMEONE JUST TALK TO THEM. Call Hospital Administration that is available in all hospitals across the USA. "Don't forget if you go to the hospital or you're bringing someone you're NOT on your best behavior because you're not feeling well." Whether you're in emergency room or the main entrance, the Valet men that park your car also kind and respectful of your property. They don't charge you, But it's nice to give a tip. And then I ended up getting poked four times every single time. I was admitted two weeks ago for kidney stones. And anyone that's had that nose it's hell. The nurses were very very sweet as well as the cafeteria staff that came in personally delivered the food every meal. The doctors were very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will say that the menu leaves much to be desired. When I was hospitalised 10 years ago, it was definitely a lot better. It was more gourmet style. I do wish they would make more options for vegetarians. Or at least make the meat meals with a NON MEAT OPTION. I know they are prepackaged but still.

The check in system was quick and all I had to do was show my ID and insurance and I was done. The wait was only maybe 5 minutes before they called me back. Once in the back, I was shown how the monitor works, how to use the cell phone that goes along with it, and how to change the patches. What I thought I was getting put on was actually much different than it turned out to be. It used to be a little pack that you wore that would be around your waist but now its small sensor box that is attached to your skin over your heart that you just change every 4-5 days and the cell phone just has to be within 30 feet of you at all times. That was a huge relief. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes and it was seamless. I hope all these appointments go this easily.

The hospital wanted me to stay to monitor but I promised to do a follow up. Im new here in Florida, so stayed within the same hospital group for a follow up consult. Dr Parag Patel is who I picked to visite on 1-25-2022. Im still recovering and very weak. The front desk help was exceptional and brought a smile to my face. As Dr Patel entered the exam room and asked my why I was there for a visit, I explained that I had a low HR that medical people were concerned about. He asked me if I had passed out or was dizzy, I replied not at the time. I had experienced chest pain, burning and shortness of breath. I also was experiencing indigestion symptoms. His response was of dismay and not understanding why I was there, he said everyone that has COVID is experiencing these things, its common and that if I wasn't passing out that I had nothing to worry about. It occurred to me at that time that he was very irritated with the situation and then proceeded to listen to my chest. I shared that I was upset with his bedside manner and that I could leave. He said he would set up tests, gave me paperwork to hand to check out to set up apts. I took paperwork, handed to very nice gentleman at the desk and left. Unfortunately Dr Patel is a very unhappy human being and the humanness of us underlings really pushes his buttons. I really hope that whatever is in the way of this doctor gets resolved, when people are sick, they require empathy.
