I am sad to write this post. I moved out of state to Florida. When you are trying to get newly established at many places at once you cannot remember which places you signed document on no show/late fee. My first appointment here was wonderful. I loved the provider I saw. I did cancel ahead of time my follow up visit with provider since I could see the labs online and I knew the answer was that my labs were normal and there would be no treatment needed. Many months later I woke up with a swollen eye. I called clinic and asked if I could get squeezed in that day. And wonderfully yes and I was happy. I also work in the health field and have patients. I was discussing my patients and lost track pf time. I started heading to this practice. I knew I'd be maybe 20 min late so I called. The lady on the phone was very nice. But said I was too late for the appointment and I understood. I asked the lady on the phone would I be charged for missing an appointment. Her answer was a "no don't worry you will not be charged". She asked if I wanted to get rescheduled. I told her that I didn't know if I could fit it in the next day but said okay good ahead and book it. Even with me expressing that I didn't know I could make it, the lady on the phone never said that if I somehow can't make it that I will be charged. Maybe I am an idiot, but I thought when I asked her if I'd be charged and her answering no, that that meant the place had no fees for missing (some places don't). I couldn't make the rescheduled visit. And yet again I spent a whole day with my patients and was not able to make it. I admit I didn't call them but was very busy and the practice was closed by the time I left work (6:10 pm). I notice a $50 fee today for missing. I called the practice and expressed my confusion with what the lady on the phone said as no you won't be charged for missing statement. I was polite. I asked for manager to reach out to me. Instead of customer service and asking me the patient what all happened and listening, I get a long text of dry black and white: "...Our office has a late cancel/no show policy that was informed to you when you initiated care. Due to the late cancel we waived the first fee and then you proceeded to no show your appt without contacting the office. Unfortunately, we are not able to waive this fee since this is your second no show/late cancel and have been aware of our office policies..." I was disheartened that they didn't even ask me about the situation. No, I was not aware of their policy even though I signed it many months ago. That is why I asked the lady on the phone if I am charged for missing the appointment. I sent a text back trying to explain that and got another dry black and white response back that I signed the documents on the no show/missed in July. I messaged to cancel all my appointments at their clinic. I wanted time to think about if I would want to come back or not. It was simple. No extra words. Was never mad. Frustrated, yes, but never angry. Just said to cancel all my appointments at their clinic. I tried to get back on the patient portal to pay the missed appointment balance and it will not let me on. So I text the number back asking if my portal was closed. I was met with a text that said "Your chart has been closed as you requested as you were not in agreement with our attendance policy. Please establish care with another Provider. Your No show fee has been waived..." I tried messaging back saying I never asked for my chart to be closed and never said I won't be in compliance of a no show fee. I do not mind paying no show fees when I know about it. That I simply was frustrated at their practice for the miscommunication of the lady on the phone saying there was no missed fee and was hit with a fee and appreciated a phone call to express my disappointment in a calm way. No response since. I'm pretty appalled at their customer service skills. It's a pity. I was excited to have this place as my family doctor place. Maybe they were jaded by patients not wanting to pay no show fees that they disregarded me wanting to politely talk about it. It is a shame. ​​ read more

when i started with this practice 3Y ago they were fine, then i asked pham if she would sign me off for a basic med for my private pilot medical, she said no because i have high BP, versus saying let's see if we can get you to a cardiologist to try and get your BP to normal levels then we'll revisit. 0 flexibility and a complete incompetent! For the last 3M I've been in contact with the FAA and they've requested my patient records for reexamination. I called a week ago friday and left a message for my patient records which is state and federal law, called back Monday and she said they were just going to call me and asked for my email address and she would email me immediately with access to my records, a week later i just left another voice message, which i'm certain having seen my phone number they just put me into voice mail. so now i'm forced to go to the FL Board of Medicine to report these liars, while this just delays further my ability to reinstate my FAA medical. 5 stars for these reasons: This is the first doctor I've been to in the Tampa Bay Area (pinellas and Hillsborough) that covers all the bases on routine checkups AND goes over the results with you in detail. I don't get sick very often, but the last time I was I had a high fever after traveling home from Orange County, CA for a few days and couldn't shake it. I was able to get in same day in just a few hours and was given antibiotics quickly. At this time she's not taking new patients, but if check her out in January 2016 if you're looking for a decent physician. read more

I am an active Duty military member who contacted this practice a week ago. When I did I spoke to the receptionist. She said they took tri-care and had to speak to the DR to see if he could do my physical. A few days went by and I had not received a call back. I called back and she said "I was just getting ready to call you back". She then explained she wanted me to email the Dr the form and information I needed. And they would call me back that day. I did so immediately and heard nothing back. The following afternoon I called and spoke to the same receptionist who said oh hey I was just getting ready to call you back (second time she has said this) I said cool, were you able to review the email. She said yes and the soonest they could get me in was 25 May. As she continued she seemingly gave conflicting information such as, right now we can't take on any new patients and I won't see the DR just a physicians assistant. I said that's fine. She added I wouldn't be able to be given or prescribed any narcotics, I said that's fine. She then asked for my credit card number for cancellation. I said I don't normally give my credit card info as I'm active duty military which my TriCare covers the entire expense. Additionally why would u take my credit card if I can't even be a full patient. She then said "oh no you must be a patient to be seen by us". I asked her to please verify this and she agreed to. She put me on a brief hold and asked another co worker. She came back and said "sorry we will need to add your credit card number". I gave it to her as well as my personal info including email so on. I explained to her that I don't have an insurance card it's my military picture Id that is used and has my benefits number on the back. She seemed to be confused by this but I figured billing or the office manager could assist her with that. I just received a phone call from DR Pham explaining that the receptionist went to him concerned about my tone and questioning about providing my credit card number over the phone. Dr Pham was polite respectful and was trying to defend and back his staff member which as a military person I will always respect however his receptionist was clearly unfamiliar with the way tri care operates and perhaps they were busy, she forgot ....three separate occasions about three separate phone calls and one email or she just had a bad week but she took it out on me. I fully intend to route this through my military command and the insurance provider. For Dr Pham sake I do hope she gets herself together. I would hate for her to cost him business especially for an entire group of military people in the local area! read more

Best Doctor ever! Last time I check I don't think she was taking new patients but highly recommend if she is. The staff there is great. And the office is always on time. There's nothing worse than leaving work for what you think will be a quick appt and it turning into hours of wait to just see the dr. Dr Pham is very through and always answers all you questions. I never feel rushed or unsure. She also has a medspa next door. And every time I've been there she's came in and examined me prior to the technician doing anything which is surprising. I recently visited Tre Med Spa and saw Dr. Pham's for my Botox injection and had a wonderful experience as a first time client. Haley at the front reception desk was very pleasant and sweet from the time she greeted me and took me back to get me prepped and ready for the injections. Dr. Pham came in, introduced herself and shook my hand. She explained everything very thoroughly and didn't try to up-sell me but instead told me I didn't really need any injections around my eyes unless it really bothered me. I appreciated the fact she was very honest and knowledgeable. I got the glabella (area in between the eyes), forehead and two small injections on the brow to give me a little lift in that area. My right eye looks slightly different and I think that because my lid is a tad droopy so I'm hoping in another week it will look better. It's not a huge difference but something I notice because it's my own face. I'm not sure that someone else would necessarily notice any difference. I used the "new patient special" they had and ended up getting 34 units for about $304. ($8.94/unit). Now it's only been a couple of days, so I'm still waiting to see the full result but I can already tell the lines in the area in between the eyebrows are pretty much gone! I will definitely be returning to Tre Med Spa for botox and other spa services as well as recommend Dr. Pham to anyone who is looking for botox or fillers. read more

Dr. Pham has been our Primary Care Doctor for close to 10 years now. Her office is what you would hope your Doctor's office would be like. Small, intimate and the people there know your name. Dr. Pham is never rushed and she gives you the time you need. She listens to your concerns and she cares about you as a complete person. Her staff is also friendly and engaged. As our most recent visit ended last week, I realized just how pleasant and enjoyable most if not all of my visits there have been. I give her 5 stars but I would give 100 if that was allowed. My wife is as enthusiastic about Dr. Pham as I am. She really loves going to a Dr. who cares. read more
