I have had poor experience in the past when I was younger and have had a bad taste in my mouth about dentists but the staff was amazing and made my experience comfortable! I highly recommend FSS, if you are hesitant to visit a dentist because of past experiences I highly recommend Feather Sound smiles, this is not your old dentist.

I had extreme dental anxiety for over a decade after damaging one of my teeth years ago. The…read moreexperience left me so nervous about dental work that I avoided getting it fixed again for far longer than I should have, despite it being cosmetically unappealing. From the moment I came to this office, the entire team made me feel comfortable and understood. They were patient, reassuring, and never made me feel rushed or judged for being anxious. They were thorough Without making me feel overwhelmed. When it finally came time to fix my tooth, I was honestly expecting the worst. Instead, the procedure was completely painless, smooth, and far less stressful than I ever imagined. For the first time since the original damage happened, I was able to get the problem resolved without pain and without the overwhelming anxiety I had carried for years. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Giddens & ALL of the hygienists (I've probably seen every single one over the last two years lol) who takes my anxiety seriously and creates such a calm, supportive environment. If you're someone who struggles with dental anxiety like I did, I truly can't recommend this office enough. And the outcome was AMAZING.

I hate to admit it had been a shamefully Long time since I…read morehad been to the dentist after a rather horrible experience. Dr. Chase was recommended to me by a coworker and was super close to my house, so I bit the bullet and finally made an appointment. They were very accommodating and were able to get me in with one week for both an exam and a cleaning. When it came time for the appointment they are following very strict Covid standards. You arrive at your appointment 10 mins early and call them from the parking lot. They will come outside, take your temperature and have you fill out your paperwork in you car. You will receive a call from then when it's your turn to come in which is awesome so it limits your exposure with them/other people/etc. You are greeted at the door and they tell you where to put the pen, paperwork, and where to go. Once you get into your room you can remove your mask. Now the actual doctor - he's very no frills. He didn't coddle me and tell me everything was okay and that my long hiatus didn't have any repercussions but he also didn't make me feel the least bit bad about it either. He just told me where I was at, and what needed to be done to get my teeth in the best possible shape. Zero judgement which put me at ease. He offered a few different options and some recommendations on where to start. The cleaning wasn't bad either. I went back a week later for a few fillings and as unpleasant as they are, he definitely made it the best experience I've had thus far. Everybody was super nice and I'd highly recommend!
