She didn't charge me and was so nice about everything! I really just wanted it kept for sentimental purposes, we were never intending on wearing it again anyway. I would say they do a wonderful job!! Would only recommend looking into providing a green cleaning option going forward but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!!

This most recent time, however, I came in to drop off some clothes at 6:50pm (they close at 7pm). She was very short / rude / curt the entire time. I apologized as I know 10 mins before close is not ideal but wow that was insane. Takes all of 2 mins to grab my shirt and print me a ticket.

The shoes were returned with a spot on them and a $24 charge to be cleaned. Then they charge me for all of my things, and only returned to to me. Every time you walk in it feels like you're annoying them that you walked in. It's not a customer service oriented or friendly place. I would not recommend going there by the treatment alone.
