My passenger side headlight was out and he did not just look in the computer and sell me a bulb! No! He listened to me when I said I felt it was a bulb that did both high & low beams! He laid down the bulb he already had in hand to sell me and said,"let's go see..."! We walked out to the car, opened it up & took out the bulb. Not only did He go back and find the right bulb for my car, but he installed it and made sure it worked before letting me leave! He was so polite, professional and kind. NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!

It arrived as scheduled the next morning. I received the part this afternoon, from Kyle. I got the part home. I had been given the wrong part number by the US distributor. I contacted O'reilly, was able to order the correct part and was informed I would be able to return the incorrect parts. The problem was not from this very nice, local store. Lucas, Kyle and the other staff members in the store were very helpful and I recommend them highly. If I were hiring, I would try to hire these young men. His name is Pedro Cerda,…read moreI went to get some paint for my new house, it was a Saturday morning, he was all by himself at the store with 4 or more customers a head of me. The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had any other question don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. I unknowingly left my wallet on the counter. I wasn't too worried thinking it was at the house. They usually have shoes in my price range but I struck the mother load. They had slippers marked down to $5. I went back the next day and bought slippers in different sizes for gifts. I mentioned I misplaced my wallet. The employee recognized me from the day before and said she tried to catch me. Very nice and I am very grateful. Then I went on line and ordered some boots on sale off the website. We ended up purchasing five pairs of shoes that day (getting ready for school) and I even got two pair for myself. I wear a wide width shoe and made a point to remind our cashier of that when the left shoe was asked for at checkout. (They leave only the right shoe for try on due to theft. Which I understand completely) About two days later since I was home that day with not a lot to do I decide I needed to break in my shoes. Once I put them on I knew something wasn't right. I took them off and then realized I had a right shoe in a wide width and a left shoe in a regular width. Within a few days I went back to return them, but instead of walking out with two pair, I left with one. They were out of the other pair of shoes. Which basically means someone else now owns a pair of shoes of different widths. This store is located in a mall. Being at the mall during back to school days is a major pain. One I endured not once, but twice due to having to return shoes. VERY disappointed. Especially since the pair they didn't have was my favorite. Thanks a lot Shoe Dept.
