Other providers there we have seen for urgent wellness visits have also been great. We have not had any poor experiences with any of the covering providers. Perhaps I should have found a new pediatrician when they kept putting me on 30 minute holds every time I tried to make an appointment. This practice has gone down hill even more since it was bought out and the office staff are incompetent. My youngest just started high school and somehow, his middle school lost his vaccination records so I called MPPMG to obtain a copy for the school. They would not give me access to their portal since my health child had not been seen in 2 years. They were willing to fax the records to the high school so whatever. What they didn't send was the full vaccination record so I got a letter from the school saying there were missing required vaccines. My husband called and made an appointment to get the vaccine and given a 9:30am appointment. When he arrived with our child, he told them he was here for a 9:30am appointment and he & my child were taken back for vitals and then put in an exam room where they waited for quite a while before someone from the front desk came back and said the appointment was actually at 10:30am. My husband ask the woman if that was the case, why didn't they say anything when he checked in and why were they taken back to a room. He also told her he wanted her to know that this wasn't his fault and he would like to get out of there in a timely manner. In the end, my kid didn't even need any shots so the appointment was a huge waste of time. And today we received a letter stating that due to a recent interaction, they have fired my children as patients and will no longer see them. My husband was not rude and did not raise his voice at any point, which is why I felt to compelled to write this review. It should serve as a warning to anyone considering taking their kids here. They mess up, don't sent the complete vaccination records to the school, tell us the incorrect appointment time and now they won't treat our kids. I could see if voices were raised and foul language was used but this was a normal interaction yet this is how they respond.

Our first son was born with a rare liver cancer and Dr. Huntley was there at the delivery, canceled all his patients to diagnose and get our son transferred to a facility that could care for him immediately. Thank god our second son has not needed any extensive care, but I equate his good health to Dr. Huntley's great care. My son is 14 years old now and has never been on an antibiotic for infection/cold/ear infection etc. Dr. Huntley makes himself available 24/7 and counsels the parent on how to care for your child to avoid ending up at urgent care/emerg. room etc. I can not tell you enough how highly I recommend Dr. Huntley to you for the care of your child. He is awesome!

He not only treats me but also both of my children. He provides expert neurological care and as other people have commented, has provided valuable medical advice in other areas too. He even was able to point out when my daughter fragmented her foot, which spurred us to go get an x-ray to confirm that she had indeed broken her foot and led to us seek care to treat that ailment. Dr Huntley truly cares so much and treats his patients like family. I've seen him over the years go above and beyond to provide care, offer support and guidance. It'll be a sad day for us patients when he finally decides to enjoy his hard-earned and well-deserved retirement.

I had a horrible experience with this office. My son's pediatrician referred us to Dr. Dahlstrom. A…read morecouple days later, they called on my cell phone to set up an appointment. We got there and the doctor talked to me for a half hour about my son's condition, didn't address my son, and didn't examine him. He gave us an over-the-counter prescription and told us to come back in 6 weeks. That was fine. I expected my son would be examined next time. We made the appointment for 6 weeks out and I asked if they make reminder calls. The receptionist said, "Yes." Six weeks later, I got a call that we had missed our appointment and would be charged a late fee. Even if they didn't make the reminder call, I know it's my responsibility, but I asked if they would please waive the fee since it was the first time and I had expected a reminder call. The girl said no. They would not waive the fee and said they had called me. I did not receive the call or a message, but she insisted that they had called and it was my responsibility to make the appointment regardless of whether they called or not. It turns out they had a different number on file for me. I do not understand how that happened since they had called me for the first appointment and called me to notify me of the no show fee. Later, I received a bill. I called the office to pay the bill. The receptionist said that I needed to call the billing office to pay it, but wouldn't give me the number. I was out so I didn't have the actual bill with me. The receptionist insisted that I needed to refer to my bill to get the number. So, I waited until I got home, called the billing office, and payed the bill. A month later, I received a bill for the same visit and late charge. I called the billing office to sort it out and they have no record of my payment even though it is on my bank statement. I payed the full balance a month before. It turns out, when someone calls the billing office to pay a bill, they fax the information to the doctor's office to process the transaction? I'm not surprised they messed that one up. I have yet to hear if they have sorted this payment issue out. Unfortunately, now we have to find another doctor for my son. Dr. Dahlstrom's reception is unorganized and unwilling to help patients. If you want a smooth doctor's visit in your busy life where you have to juggle many different things, find another doctor.

Pediatrician: Dr Lech is fairly new but she's a wonderful doctor. If you've ever had Dr Bannan they are very comparable, very thorough. Dr Lech did replace Dr Bannan. OB: Dr Sosa, works in the building in the back saw her with both my pregnancies. Medical Assistants aren't all that great. Some who have been working there for a long time think they run the place. Some obviously need work with their people skills/bed side manners. So minus one star for that. Always make sure you arrive no less than 15mins to your scheduled appointment. The receptionist line to sign in can get a little long especially when they are slammed. Never arrive late because they will not see you and you will have to reschedule.

The x-rays show that my knees (especially my left) has severe tri-compartmental degeneration due to a long 26 year history of gout/arthritis. My knees would lock up when I walk and hurt very much after I try to bend it. I also have a weird contraction of my pinky, ring, and middle finger on the left hand which stays in the bent position and wont open, not including swan neck deformity on both my index fingers and a lot of mobility loss. I've seen 2 hand specialists, 2 orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologist, neurologist and had many blood test, several MRI's, X-rays, and EMG. No one has a clue to what is wrong. I qualify for state disability, so Dr. Tucker set me up. I was able to get on disability, and take LOA at my work to work on myself and try to get better. Unfortunately, she is moving away and so I was scheduled to established care with Dr. Amir Helali at Seaside Family Health Center. I came in today for my appointment to establish care and to ask him to extend my disability because it is expiring next Thursday the 15th. He seemed nice at first when greeting me, then started asking if I have depression, suicidal thoughts and want to see a therapist. I told him that I have been in pain for a long time, and the frustrating part was that no one has any idea what it is and so I've been stressed and a little bit depressed of not being able to get better and get back to my normal life. He started talking negatively about my weight/diet and refused to extend my disability. I understand that a doctor can refuse to extend my disability if he deems that I don't fit the criteria, but my medical history with all the specialists from Montage Health including all of the x-rays, tests, and notes are all on file (all recent within the last few months) and he is able access it and see how severe my condition is. He tried to argue with me about not taking his advice to go see a therapist, and refused to help me while swiftly walking out the room. His nurse comes back in and gives me my doctor's visit summary showing that I will be seeing another doctor on Oct. 28th instead. Not only did he not have a single ounce of compassion in his bones to ask about any of my major health problems, but he pawned me off to another doctor and refused to help me. This is by far the absolute worst doctor I have ever experienced in my entire life. I believe that all doctors live by a code of helping, caring, and understanding for a patient, but today, I met a doctor that to me, does not hold up to any of those values!
