We ate at Guillemis 3 of our 4 nights in Ibiza; the location is great, the staff very attentive, and the food was spectacular. Among our favorites: the olives + "aioli", the boquerones in citrico, the jamon, the croquetas, and the cava sangria. I was not a fan of their "patatas bravisimas", but mostly due to the size of the wedge cut they did (vs other bravas I've had). Highly recommended! read more

Came here two years ago and the service and food was so great that we decided to come back on our first night in Ibiza this year. Unfortunately the waiter was extremely discriminatory against non- Spanish customers. My husbabd and I did not get the same courtesy and hospitality that the Spanish customers did. Our bread plate was taken away as soon as we sat down and we did not get the complimentary bread , olives, and aioli that other tables received. Our sangria was taken away from us when our glasses were still half full. And our waiter did not check on us even once during our meal. The food is good, but unfortunately we wont be retuning here again. read more

Jose was our server at Guillemis and Wow! Awesome service and the best food we have had in our first four days in this beautiful country. Ibiza is fantastic and this restaurant captures the vibe with it's quaint location right next to the harbour. Do yourself a favour and stop by and see Paula, Jose and staff for a meal you won't soon forget. read more
