Had about 20 minutes for breakfast, so my friend recommended we stop into Rita's Cantina. I was a…read morelittle hesitant because the Spanish aren't particularly the most urgent people in the world, but the experience did not disappoint in the quick time I was there. The sit-down restaurant is located right off the port in San Antoni with both indoor and outdoor seating. As the name indicates, its got a cantina/old general store feeling that's inviting, but not cracker barrel-feeling. My friend and I came in and sat down immediately. Our server brought us over the menu (which I think was in English) and I ordered the Atletica combo, which came with eggs on toast, tomatoes, a bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit, a glass of OJ, and a basket of croissants and other baked goods for about 10 euros. I also ordered a coffee to get me started for the day. The food was out in front of us super fast (within 10 min) -- but not fast enough that I would be concerned for my health -- and was delicious. The eggs were fluffy and flavorful, the yogurt was cold and fruit was crunchy, and the croissants and all were warm. Also worth noting that the OJ is fresh squeezed every day - you can see them making it. Rita's Cantina is an excellent place to eat quickly or stay a while. If you're looking for a breakfast in San An, this is the place for you.

The vegetables tasted like they'd sat frozen for a long time. The chicken was decent execution, but nothing special. It still stuck a little on the bite and had mild dryness. The peanut sauce was tasty, a nice blend of savoury/salty flavors along with sticky peanut goodness. The cracker on the side didn't taste much of anything.

Kari's Rating 7/10…read more Came for a quick smoothie/milk shake stop in because it was hotter than Satans grandmas house. It was relatively busy so we just walked up to the bar and ordered. The inside was air conditioned but the patio out front is not so i definitely made a beeline for the bar. Bartender was so sweet and we ordered a protein smoothie and a banana shake to share. I don't know if this is some European stuff, but the frozen milkshake was very liquidy and was not very thick in viscosity. Which was fine-but it made it seem the milkshake was more of a banana milk-although delicious. Protein smoothie was the same thing, both went easily in a straw. It was an absolutely terrible, but I probably wouldn't come back on that account. I've been other places in Ibiza as well, where this has been the case for frozen drinks-so I'll just assume this is a Spain thing haha!

I wanted to have a nice romantic meal with my girlfriend and this place did not disappoint! First of all the service was brilliant, the gent who served us couldn't do enough for us and you could tell he probably enjoys his job and making people smile. The food... for Ibiza I'd say it's priced in the higher end... but not too expensive. I had a steak and it was literally massive, and was probably the best I've ever eaten. We got a meal each and a combo (onion rings, nachos, chips ect) and it came to €47 including drinks. I'd vote it 5 stars. It was perfect.
