When checking-in I was offered regular water and lemon water. The lemon water was really refreshing. When leaving, I was given a bottle of water to take with me, The spa prides themselves on addressing everyone's individual needs, and my massage definitely did just that. My massage therapist performed some cupping on my back, so that it wouldn't leave marks, yet by moving it around on my back would help loosen tight muscles. And I didn't get charged anything extra for that! The online reservation system is easy to use. There is also plenty of parking in their private lot.

I did not have an area I wanted to work on, I just wanted an overall relaxing session and she did not disappoint. The first part was a hydrotherapy in a hot tub. Stayed in there for about 15 minutes and the remaining 45 minutes was cupping. This was a great experience! She works on muscles that I did not know about. Very relaxing!
