She does a very good massage and asks what area she should concentrate every time. Once in awhile she did have to answer the phone, but I believe they have an answering service now when there is a customer. I have gone back many times because the masseuse is very good, friendly, and pleasant. She keeps the place very clean from what I can see. There is a bit of a language barrier, but we don't talk much during the massage. If you want a massage and nothing else, go here. If you are looking for anything other than a massage, go elsewhere because you won't find it here.

There towels are not washed they are reused after the first client has left and it's not changed for next client. They don't listen or understand that it's inappropriate to leave a client exposed. As far as type of care I was treated poorly when I said to them that it was unacceptable to leave a client exposed on the massage table then proceeded to blame me for there behavior by saying I never leave a tip. This place I also hear has sexually touched clients in an inappropriate way. So if this is the type of massage you are looking for go for it but it's a red flag to me all the way around.

A different therapist was assigned without notice, the massage lasted about 50 minutes and was just not good, and the remaining time was a "facial" that was not requested or part of the service purchased and was not a true facial at that.  I contacted the business to resolve it and asked for a refund since the service I paid for was not provided. The owner refused and the phone conversation became unprofessional and he would not let me get a word in and threatened me with a lawyer because I stated I'll be taking this to social media.  I never leave reviews like this but I can't believe that interaction even happened. Do yourself a favor and get a massage quite literally anywhere else.

She welcomed me and my baby by saying she'd love to give it a try, and if my baby woke then she would accommodate by focusing on another part of my body while I nursed or tended to my baby. Chrystina is warm and friendly, observant and kind. She worked with gentle strength and perfect pressure to smooth out any knots and tightness I had.
