AWFUL.. JUST AWFUL.
There is no option to give them half a star! If there was I would! I had been a customer for approx 7+ years, Buying cat food fortnightly and quite a lot of it as I have 4 cats. Recently I have had to select their delivery because I have a weak spine, sciatica and currently a fractured wrist that isn't healing. My last delivery the manager left in the wrong place, I told the girl who took the order to get him to leave it in the green house outside my door, when I got back there was no delivery. On ringing the manager he told me he left it in the recycling bin outside my door which I do not have anymore! I told him this and went to check and the bin was open and nothing in there. The manager then left a replacement in the right place. I went to make a delivery order today and the staff who have been nice for years were just utterly downright rude to me saying I cost THEM money! and they will not deliver to me anymore! I told her that the manager left it in the wrong place and she just blantantly went back on everything that was said last time and argued saying He says he left it in the right place When I reminded her that I told her to tell him to leave it in the green house she said nothing! I asked when he was next in to speak to and was told she doesn't know, so I started naming days next week, she answered rudely I don't know I have a medical alert dog for my seizures which are currently worse and been signed off work for now with my back issuess, so cannot physically go out and carry back cat food which is quite heavy for my back and only on one arm!
