Our experience with Flaxlands was terrible. We found it very difficult to receive updates on how our pup was doing whilst we were away. When we picked him up he had sustained a significant injury to his foot which we were told was noticeable from 7 am that morning. We picked him up at 17:00 after they failed to advise us. After many distressing and expensive vets appointments Flaxlands refuse to admit responsibility for their obvious negligence. Terrible communication throughout.
