i think you guy's are really out of order my friends dog went missing 3 wks ago monday and ever since the family have been really distraught the children have been so upset it hurt to look at them, only to here that you guy's had him there since the day after he went missing and you claim you have been trying to reach Miss Pitt ever since you scanned him however Miss Pitt has had the same number for years even since before Naz was apart of their family and everyone else manages to get hold of Miss Pitt and now your are telling her she has to pay £122.50 to get her own dog back, this is so wrong i am highly disgusted by this and i personally don't understand how you think you can get away with this and how you can live with yourselfs Further more, There are plenty of way's to get hold of someone other than calling, you could text, write an email, write a letter or even turn up, I understand due to the current recesion any money would be helpful, However the current amount discussed is not acceptable. Miss Pitt has many persons who agree with the outrage and would happily contact the Bath Chronical to make them aware of the upset and distress that you have caused this family !! Please don't find me unfair I just believe that you cannot put a price on reuniting a family back together and i believe that the founder of your charity would rather a reunion than a small cashcow, i understand that you have taken Naz in and kept him safe, fed him, watered him and comforted him at this very sad time however it would be in his best interest to be back with his family and in his own comfortable enviroment. I know that Miss Pitt and her family would pay the full amount however they are just willing to pay a maximum of £50.00 as a donation and a thank you for looking after him, as they got Nazzy when their second child was born and he feels your keeping his best friend locked up and away from his family, this has also caused Liam the second child to be distant, anxious, cross and very unsettled. I ask you to investigate this outrage and find it in your heart to accept the donation of £50.00 and release Naz to his family at home where he belongs. I look foward to hearing from you in the near future.
