Guild Mortgage and the Office of Jason Gosser reached out to me to let me know that interest rates had dropped. Without having to go through the whole rigamarole, they had dropped my rate by almost 2points, helping me save approx $75k in interest payments. Jason and his team, were there for me day/night/weekends to answer any questions that we had. They are highly professional and personable. I have used Guild Mortgage for both home loans and also refinances since 2000 and when I found Matt, I knew I was in good hands. He went over my data and assured me that I could qualify for a home loan. This team is exceptional. Matt and Rene really go the extra mile to make things happen. I knew getting a loan after divorce would be iffy for me, coming out of a 33 year marriage with hefty bills, but these guys helped me sooo much.
